JAMBI - Puluhan warga Jambi tertipu miliaran rupiah oleh bujuk rayu yang diduga dilakukan oleh pasangan suami isteri (Pasutri) DSN dan AZ berkedok investasi loundry.
Awalnya Pasutri ini membuka usaha loundry di Simpang Puskes, Mayang tahun 2018 lalu. Dari tahun ke tahun pelanggan makin banyak.
AZ mulai menjalankan modus operandinya dengan mendatangi rumah pelangannya yang mau berinvestasi di loundrynya. Dengan sistim bagi hasil yang menetapkan prosentasenya AZ sendiri. Bagi hasilnya masuk akal dari dua persen hingga lima persen dari modal yang ditanamkannya.
"Dia datang ke rumah, menawarkan investasi, sudah berkali kali. Akhirnya memasukkan investasi, dengan sistim bagi hasil. Kita yakin saja karena sudah lama jadi pelanggan loundrynya," ujar Rido salah seorang investor.
Ironisnya AZ tidak pernah menjelaskan secara terbuka berapa orang investor di loundrynya. Secara diam diam AZ menggaet investor sebanyak banyaknya.
Untuk menyakinkan investor dia buka cabang baru. Dengan modal tidak lebih dari 50 juta. Sedangkan satu cabang itu, AZ sudah menerima uang ratusan juta dari banyak investor.
Kelebihan investasinya itu di pakai oleh AZ berhura hura diduga main wanita dan judi online. Sejak pertengahan tahun 2022, AZ tidak mampu lagi membayar uang keuntungan yang di janjikan, sebaliknya AZ terus mencari investor baru.
Diperkirakan AZ berhasil menggaet uang sekitar Rp 2,5 miliar dari belasan investor. Jumlah bervariasi dari Rp 25 juta hingga Rp 500 juta.
"Sejak tahun 2022 lalu, AZ mulai tidak mampu membayar uang bagi hasil kepada beberapa investor. AZ makin giat mencari investor baru, tanpa diketahui investor lain," jelas Ham.
Terbongkarnya kasus ini, Rabu tanggal 4 September 2024. Tiga tempat usaha loundry di Simpang puskesmas, vila gading dan beringin sudah kosong. Mesin mesin sudah diangkut. Pasutri tersebut ditelpon tidak diangkat dan diduga sudah melarikan diri.
Akibatnya, ratusan pelangan jadi korban, baju dan sepatu serta karpet banyak yang hilang. Begitu juga para investor yang jumlahnya belasan orang uangnya tidak bisa dipertanggung jawabkan Pasutri tersebut.
Dari informasi ternyata Pasutri ini beberapa tahun lalu menipu puluhan warga Jambi. Modusnya travel umrah. Puluhan orang sudah menyetor uang untuk umrah tidak bisa berangkat. Pasutri ini dilaporkan ke polisi. Tapi kasus nya tidak jelas ujung pangkalnya.(Ist)
