KUALA TUNGKAL – Kualitas infrastruktur publik kembali diuji. Proyek pembangunan pintu air senilai Rp4 miliar di Parit 10, Desa Tungkal Satu, Kecamatan Tungkal Ilir, yang bersumber dari APBD Tahun Anggaran 2025, terancam gagal fungsi setelah ditemukan retakan serius pada dinding turapnya. Temuan mencengangkan ini terungkap usai Ketua Komisi III DPRD Tanjab Barat, Albert, melakukan inspeksi mendadak (sidak) ke lokasi, Selasa (6/1/2026).
Bukan sekadar keluhan warga, ini adalah bukti fisik kegagalan standar konstruksi. "Kami turun langsung ke lapangan dan menemukan adanya retak pada dinding turap. Atas temuan itu, kami sudah meminta Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) agar segera memerintahkan pihak rekanan melakukan perbaikan," tegas Albert melalui konfirmasi tertulis.
Uang Rakyat Bukan Mainan: Tuntutan Perbaikan Segera
Angka Rp4 miliar bukanlah nominal kecil bagi ukuran anggaran daerah. Retakan pada struktur vital seperti turap pintu air bukan hanya soal estetika, tetapi menyangkut keselamatan masyarakat dan ketahanan bangunan terhadap arus air. Jika dibiarkan, kerusakan bisa merambat, berpotensi menyebabkan amblesnya tanah atau gagalnya fungsi pengendalian banjir di wilayah tersebut.
Albert menegaskan bahwa kondisi ini tidak boleh dibiarkan berlarut-larut. "Ini menyangkut kualitas bangunan dan potensi risiko kerusakan lebih lanjut. Kami tidak akan mentolerir pekerjaan yang tidak sesuai dengan Rencana Kerja Anggaran (RKA)," tambahnya.
Audit BPKP Berjalan, Tapi DPRD Tak Mau Diam
Menanggapi temuan tersebut, diketahui bahwa proyek ini sebenarnya sedang dalam proses audit khusus oleh Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP). Namun, Komisi III DPRD memilih untuk tidak menunggu hasil audit secara pasif.
"Ranah pemeriksaan ada di Inspektorat. Saat ini audit masih berlangsung dan kami belum menerima hasilnya. Tapi sebagai wakil rakyat, kami punya tanggung jawab moral untuk memastikan uang rakyat tidak dibuang sia-sia," jelas Albert.
Komisi III telah mengeluarkan rekomendasi resmi: Dinas PUPR wajib menginstruksikan rekanan untuk memperbaiki bagian yang cacat segera. Jika tidak, sanksi kontrak hingga blacklisting penyedia jasa siap dijatuhkan.
Pengawalan Ketat Hingga Tuntas
Langkah Komisi III ini mengirimkan pesan keras kepada para kontraktor dan dinas teknis: era "proyek asal jadi" telah berakhir. DPRD akan terus mengawal proses perbaikan dan menunggu hasil audit BPKP serta Inspektorat sebagai bahan evaluasi lanjutan.
Masyarakat Desa Tungkal Satu kini menunggu bukti nyata. Apakah retakan itu akan ditambal dengan cepat dan berkualitas, atau justru menjadi lubang hitam baru dalam pengelolaan APBD Tanjab Barat? Dengan sikap tegas Komisi III, harapan akan transparansi dan akuntabilitas kembali menyala.
