MUARABULIAN – Sepanjang tahun 2018 ada sebanyak 167 Guru di kabupaten Batanghari mengusulkan kenaikan pagkat. Dari total tersebut yang tidak lolos verifikasi bahan dalam dua periode setiap tahuannya ada sebanyak enam orang yang tidak lolos bahan dari Badan kepegawaian Negeri (BKN).
“ Pada tahun 2018 kemarin, Periode April ada sebanyak 96 orang Guru yang diusulkan dan yang lolos lebih kurang 93 orang, sedangkan pada periode kedua Oktober ada 71 orang Guru yang lolos juga lebih kurang 78 orang,” sebut Kabid Tenaga dan ketenagaan dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan Kabupaten Batanghari Ya’akin diruang kerjanya (17/01/2019) kemarin.
Diakatakan Ya’akin di tahun 2019 Dinas PdK Batanghari juga menerima usulan dari Guru di periode April nanti sebanyak 120 orang Guru. Nah, Persoalan tidak lolosnya bahan kenaikan pangkat Guru tersebut kebanyakan terkendala terhadap kelengkapan berkas yang di sampaikan.
Lanjut ia memaparkan, Selain kelangkapan bahan yang membuat tidak lolosnya bahan untuk kenaikan pangkat tersebut yakni nilai angka kreditnya tidak mencukupi. Angka Kredit kumulatif Guru minimal yang di persyaratkan berasal dari unsur utama yang mendapat komulatif nilai 90 persen. Untuk mendapatkan nilai ini ada tiga unsur yang perlu dipenuhi yakni Pendidikan, Kegiatan pembelajaran, pengembangan keprofesian keberlanjutan.
Yaakin menjelaskan juga, Penilaian angka kredit juga bisa bertambah dari unsur penunjang yakni, memperoleh gelar ijazah yang tidak sesuai dengan bidang yang diampu, memperoleh penghargaan atau tanda jasa, membimbing siswa dalam praktik kerja nyata,menjadi pengurus organisasi atau kepramukaan, menjadi tim penilai angka kredit, menjadi tutor pelatihan instruktur. “ Nah untuk mencapai angka komulatif tersebut, Guru harus aktif dalam beberap unsur kegiatan di pendidikan itu sendiri,” jelasnya.
Terpisah, Kepala dinas PdK Batanghari Dra Jamilah menyebutkan, pada tahun 2019 ini diperiode Oktober mendatang, akan diberlakukannya, penggunaan aplikasi angka kredit kepada seluruh Guru. " Jadi ini nanti informasi ini telah secara lansung saya sampaikan kepada kelompok pengaawas pendidikan sekolah (KPPS) agar di sampaikan kepada Guru yang akan mengusulkan angka kredit," sebutnya.
