Pelaku saat diamankan saat petugas memeriksa penumpang dari KMP Sembilang Dabok Singkep
KUALATUNGKAL - Jajaran Kepolisian Sektor Kawasan Pelabuhan Marina (KPM) Kuala Tungkal, Sat Polair dan Sat Resnarkoba Polres Tanjab Barat dengan dibantu oleh Personil Kodim 0419/Tanjab, berhasil menggagalkan penyelundupan sabu 4 kg. Kali ini penyelundupan sabu melalui pelabuhan Roro kualatungkal. Minggu (20/01/19) lalu.
Berdasarkan informasi dari saksi mata yang berhasil dihimpun mengatakan,diduga pelaku Berasal dari penumpang KMP Sembilang Dabok Singkep. Ada tiga orang pelaku yang berhasil diamankan petugas gabungan Polres Tanjab Barat.
Pelaku pertama inisial DN diamankan saat petugas gabungan sedang melakukan pemeriksaan rutin terhadap barang bawaan dan penumpang dari KMP Sembilang Dabok Singkep. Kemudian, dua pelaku lainya inisial RY dan AD berhasil ditangkap saat sedang berada di salah satu rumah makan di simpang rumah sakit umum Kuala Tungkal.
Pelaku penyelundupan sabu ini ditangkap, saat petugas gabungan sedang melakukan pemeriksaan dan penggeledahan barang bawaan, petugas menemukan bungkusan paket yang diduga narkotika jenis sabu, diperkirakan berat sabu tersebut lebih kurang 4 Kg.
Ketiga pelaku dan barang haram tersebut kemudian langsung digelandang ke Mapolres Tanjung Jabung Barat,” ujar sumber yang meminta namanya untuk dirahasiakan, Minggu (20/01/19).
Terpisah, Kapolres Tanjab Barat AKBP ADG Sinaga, S.IK melalui Kasat Narkoba Iptu David Raditya Yudhidtira S. IK saat dikonfirmasikan membenarkan perihal penangkapan pelaku penyelundupan sabu tersebut. “Ya, sekarang masih dilakukan penyelidikan dan pendalaman lebih lanjut,” singkatnya.
