MUARABULIAN – Kasus tindak pidana narkotika jenis Shabu di wilayah hukum Polres Batanghari, hingga kini masih terjadi.
Rabu (16/1/2019) pekan lalu, seorang ibu rumah tangga (IRT) diamankan anggota Opsnal Satresnarkoba Polres Batanghari karena kedapatan mengedarkan barang haram tersebut. IRT tersebut adalah, MB binti Budiman (26) tahun, warga Rt 04 desa Rantau Puri, kecamatan Muarabulian, kabupaten Batanghari.
MB ditangkap polisi di rumah kontrakannya di Simpang Pete Rt 11 desa Sungai Buluh, kecamatan Muarabulian sekitar pukul 7.00 wib. Selain menangkap MB, polisi juga menangkap ZA alias NU Bin Dahapar (35) tahun warga Rt 11 desa Kampung Pulau, kecamatan Pemayung, kabupaten Batanghari.
Kasatresnarkoba Polres Batanghari, AKP Subhan SH, mengatakan, penangkapan kedua tersangka berawal pada hari Rabu 16 Januari 2019 sekira pukul 06.00 wib diperoleh informasi dari masyarakat bahwa di kontrakan milik saudara Ponidi di Rt 11 Simpang Pete, kecamatan Muarabulian sering terjadi transaksi jual beli narkotika jenis shabu.
Menindaklanjuti laporan tersebut, anggota opsnal Satresnarkoba Polres Batanghari melakukan penyelidikan dan pengintaian. Kemudian didapat bahwa yang mengedarkan narkotika tersebut kaki tangan dari saudara ZA Bin Dahapar an.MB (26) tahun, warga Rt 04 desa Rantau Puri, kecamatan Muarabulian.
Mendapat informasi tersebut, anggota opsnal Satnarkoba Polres Batanghari melakukan penytelidikan dan sekira pukul 07.00 wib anggota opsnal melihat ada seorang laki-laki yang baru saja keluar dari rumah kontrakan milikpelaku MB yang diduga baru membeli shabu dari tersangka MB. Selanjutnya anggota opsnal langsung melukan penangkapan terhadap laki-laki tersebut, namun tidak berhasil, karena laki-laki tersebut melarikan diri kea rah semak-semak.
Setelah itu anggota opsnal langsung menuju rumah kontrakan saudara MB dan langsung melakukan penangkapan terhadap MB berikut seorang laki-laki an. ZA Bin Dahapar. Dan dari tangan tersangkaZA diamankan narkotika sebanyak 36 paket, 4 unit handpone, 2 alat hisap bong, uang sebesar Rp 681 ribu, 1 kaleng bekas Pomed merk Belagio warna biru, 1 kaleng bekas semir merk kiwi, 1 unit sepeda motor Zuzuki Satria FU warna merah hitam, 1 buah dompet warna merah marun serta 1 buah timbangan digital dan 3 buah sendok shabu terbuat dari pipet besar warna pink,” beber Kasat, Selasa (22/1/2019).
Setelah itu, lanjut Kasat, pelaku dan barang bukti di bawa ke Mapolres Batanghari guna proses lebih lanjut.
“ Saat ini tersangka dan barang bukti diamankan oleh Satresnarkoba Polres Batanghari dalam rangka proses hukum lebih lanjut,” katanya.
Akibat perbuatannya, tersangka dikenakan Primair pasal 114 ayat (1) Subsidair pasal 112 ayat (1) UU RI No 35 tahun 2009 tentang narkotika dieknakan ancaman hukuman minimal 4 tahun penjara maksimal 12 tahun penjara,” tegas Kasat menutup.(*)
