BATANGHARI – Nayla Khumairoh bocah (2,5) tahun, penderita penyakit pierre robin syndrome di Batanghari, akhirnya diberangkatkan ke Jakarta, Rabu (14/8/2019).
Putri dari Wulan, warga RT 09 RW 02 Kelurahan Pasar Baru, kecamatan Muarabulian ini diberangkatkan ke Rumah Sakit RSCM Jakarta untuk dilakukan pengobatan.
Bupati Batanghari, Ir Syahirsah Sy, kepada media mengatakan, sejak dulu dirinya sudah menyampaikan, jika ada warga yang yang tidak mampu membutuhkan penanganan khusus. Karena untuk penanganan khusus tidak cukup dengan kartu kesehatan gratis dari pemerintah.
Terkait kejadian yang menimpa warga Batanghari seperti yang dialami Nayla ini, harus dan wajib dibantu. Pemerintah tidak mau melihat warganya yang terabaikan dikarenakan tidak ada biaya untuk berobat.
” Saya sering baca-baca berita online dan lihat di televisi ada orang tua tinggal sendirian di kandang kambing. Ada juga yang anak sekolah bajunya buruk, yang seperti itu tidak boleh terjadi di Batanghari,” kata Syahirsah di pendopo rumah dinas bupati Batanghari, Rabu (14/8).
Semenatara itu Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Batanghari, dr Elfi Yennie MRS mengatakan, sejak ditemukan masalah ini, memang harus dirujuk ke tempat representatif supaya bisa ditangani.
” Memang saat itu berat badannya menurun. Namun setelah dikoreksi sekarang sudah memungkinan untuk dirujuk dan di operasi untuk dibawa ke Jakarta. Karena menurut Elfi, penanganannya komplek, banyak sekali, sehingga harus ditangani ke tempat lebih representatif.
Untuk keberangkatan Nayla yang juga bersama ibu dan keluarga lainya mengunakan pesawat Batik Air bertolak dari pendopo rumah dinas bupati Batanghari sekira pukul 9.00 WIB pagi.(*)
