BATANGHARINEWS.COM – Kejaksaan Negeri Tanjung Jabung Barat menetapkan tersangka kasus Dugaan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Penggunaan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) dan Dana Desa (DD) di desa Sungai Papauh, kecamatan Muara Papalik, kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat tahun anggaran 2017 dan 2018.
Terduga adalah Karmani Budi Santoso (45) Kades Sungai Papauh yang kini terpaksa menjalankan proses hukuman lebih lanjut. Tak hanya menetapkan tersangka saja, Kades Papauh kecamatan Muara Papalik Tanjab Barat ini langsung ditahan oleh Tim penyidik Pidsus Kejaksaan Negeri Tanjung Jabung Barat. Penahanan tersebut dilakukan berdasarkan Surat Perintah Penahanan Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Tanjung Jabung Barat Nomor : Print- 908/L.5.15/Fd.1/09/2019 tanggal 05 September 2019.
Kejaksaan Negeri Tanjung Jabung Barat, Trijoko, membenarkan Tim penyidik Pidsus Kejaksaan Negeri Tanjung Jabung Barat telah menetapkan tersangka dan langsung melakukan penahanan terhadap Kades Sungai Papauh, kecamatan Muara Papalik Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, atas nama Karmani Budi Santoso (45).
" Tim penyidik Pidsus Kejaksaan Negeri Tanjung Jabung Barat telah menyangkakan tersangka melanggar Pasal 2 Ayat (1) jo.Pasal 18 atau Pasal 3 jo. Pasal 18 UU No.20/2001 jo. UU No.31/1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi,” ungkap Kajari, Kamis (05/09) ditemui wartawan diruang kerjanya.
Menurut dia, Kades ini cepat dilakukan penahanan dan ditetapkan sebagai tersangka pada Kamis (5/9), alasannya untuk mempercepat penyelesaian penyidikan perkara korupsi, maka Tim Penyidik Kejaksaan Negeri Tanjung Jabung Barat berpendapat agar dilakukan penahanan dengan pertimbangan yakni, tersangka dikhawatirkan akan melarikan diri, merusak atau menghilangkan barang bukti dan atau mengulangi tindak pidananya.
Tersangka dilakukan penahanan selama 20 (dua puluh) hari terhitung mulai tanggal 05 September 2019 sampai dengan 24 September 2019 dan dititipkan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II B Kuala Tungkal.
"Tersangka melakukan penyimpangan nya dimana dia mengelola anggaran sendiri tidak melibatkan pejabat lain. Menggunakan untuk kepentingan pribadi dan juga mengelola tidak sesuai peruntukan nya,” tandasnya.
Hari ini juga, ditambah dia tersangka dititipkan ke Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II B Kuala Tungkal sekira pukul 16.00 WIB, dengan pengawalan oleh Tim Penyidik Kejaksaan Negeri Tanjung Jabung Barat dan didampingi Tim Bidang.
" Kerugian kurang lebih sekitar hampir tiga ratus jutaan, Sebelum dilakukan penahanan, terlebih dahulu tersangka ini dilakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan oleh Dr. Arief Budiman pada Poliklinik Kejaksaan Negeri Tanjung Jabung Barat," tandasnya.
Untuk diketahui, berdasarkan data yang dihimpun terduga merupakan Kades Pertama di Kabupaten Tanjab Barat yang terjerat kasus korupsi ADD dan DD.
Pada tahun 2016 terduga telah mendapat peringatan karena temuan sekitar Rp 25 juta lebih namun diembalikan melalui Kejaksaan Negeri Tanjabbar.
Namun, pada tahun 2017 Karmani Budi Santoso kembali berulah dengan temuan belanja modal dan pajak sekitar Rp 100 juta lebih. Serta pada tahun 2018 adalagi temuan pembelian tanah timbun kegiatan penimbunan lapangan sepak bola desa Sungai Papauh sekitar hampir Rp 150 juta. (Den)
