Salah satu program pemabangunan Desa Pematang V Suku yang di kerjakan
MUARABULIAN - Hasil dari asistensi kelapangan oleh tim inspektorat dan kejaksaan Batanghari, Selasa (27/08/2019) akhir bulan lalu ke lokasi pembangunan melalui Dana Desa Pematang V Suku mendapat sejumlah temuan.
Namun, Inspektur Batanghari menyebutkan Timnya yang turun menemukan beberapa titik pembangunan yang memang kekurangan pengerjaan. Seperti dalam pengerjaan coran, memang tidak sampai kebawah dan ini dimintai perbaikans.
" Penyebabnya karena dasar bawahan coran pada bangunan jalan, kontur tanahnya tidak sama rata," ujarnya.
Saat media ini menunjukan beberapa fakta dilapangan, coran beton bangunan Jalan yang tidak menggunakan plastik (terpal) sebagai salah satu bagian dari kontruksi pembangunan Muklis dan Timmya terkejut.
" Itukan teknis pembangunan kalau memang itu ada dalam salah satu bagian dari rencana pekerjaan harus pakai plastik sebagai serapan coran dan itu tidak dgunakam, itu menyalahi aturan," tegas Inspektur.
Selain itu, saat inspektur melihat fakta banngunan yang dibuat di layer dua kali, padahal secara teknis kontruksi seperti itu tidak perlu dilakukan karena itukan tidak menggunakan besi (warmes), karena sekala jalan tani.
" Terlihat seperti di tempel, tapi tim kita tidak ada melihat itu pada saat turun," pungkasnya.
Sebelumnya, Inspektur juga menegaskan jika memang ditemukan penyelewengan DD di desa Pematang V Suku ini Akan diganti, biar menjadi pelajaran bagi desa lainnya.
