MUARABULIAN - Tim Pengawal dan Pengamanan Pemerintah dan Pembangunan Daerah (TP4D) Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Muara Bulia, menghentikan pendampingan terhadap pembangunan jalan Desa Pematang Lima Suku kecamatan Muara Tembesi kabupaten Batanghari.
Kajari Muara Bulian , Mia Banulita, SH, MH, melalui Kasi Intel Bayan saat di konfirmasi menegaskan, kegiatan pembangunan jalan lingkungan di desa pematang lima suku
Saat ini masih dalam proses pembatalan pendampingan di karenakan pihak desa pematang lima suku tidak kooperatif dalam menyanpaikan laporan progres kegiatan. " Ya hinggga saat ini desa pematang lima suku tidak ada melaporkan progres legiatan," ujar bayan.
Kasi Intel juga menyebutkan, Panitia Pelaksanaan Kegiatan (PPK) Desa Pematamg lima suku dinilai tidak kooperatif dalam memberikan data dan informasi tentang pembangunan jalan desa. Apakah jalan sudah selesai dibangun tepat waktu dan sudah serah terima atau penjelasan lainnya itu tidak ada.
" Atas dasar itu kita menghentikan pendampingan terhadap pembangunan jalan lingkugan itu. Mereka tidak ada melaporkan progres kegiatan," cetus Bayan.
Bayan juga menegaskan, surat penghentian pendampingan ini juga akan ditembuskan ke Inspektorat, Dinas pemberdayaan masyarakat Dan Desa (PMD Batanghari. Jika ada temuan penyalahgunaan wewenang dan perbuatan melawan hukum, maka akan ditindak.
" Penghentian pendampingan dilakukan berdasarkan Peraturan Jaksa Agung (Perja) nomor Per 014/A/JA/11/2016 tentang mekanisme kerja teknis dan administrasi tim pengawal dan pengamanan pemerintahan dan pembangunan (TP4D) Kejaksaan RI," tegasnya.
Apabila ada penyimpangan dan penyalahan wewenang maka akan dikoordinasi kepada Aparat Pengawasan Intern Pemerintah (APIP). Apabila dari hasil koordinasi dengan APIP nantinya ditemukan bukti permulaan yang cukup maka akan dilakukan penegakam hukum.
"Surat penghentian ini akan ditembuskan ke Inspektorat dan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan desa . Jika ada penyimpangan dan penyalahgunaan wewenang akan kami koordinasikan dengan APIP," pungkasnya.
