MUARATEBO - Penyidik Polres Tebo, Senin (07/10/2019) sore menggelar Rekontruksi kasus pembunuhan terhadap kakek bernama Kasjuri (82) yang tewas ditangan cucunya sendiri bernama Adi Prasetyo (19) yang terjadi di Desa Lubuk Mandarsyah, kecamatan Tengah Ilir, kabupaten Tebo, pada Selasa (03/09/2019) lalu.
Dalam rekontruksi yang digelar di halaman belakang mako Polres Tebo tersebut, pelaku memerankan sebanyak 24 adegan. Adegan demi adegan sudah dilakukan tersangka, pada adegan ke 12 pelaku mulai menghabisi nyawa korban dengan cara mendekap tubuh korban sedangkan tangan tersangka memegang sebilah pisau dapur. Korban sempat berontak, namun korban tak mampu melepaskan diri karena tenaga pelaku lebih kuat.
Pada saat itu juga pelaku mengarahkan sebilah pisau tersebut ke leher dan langsung menggorok leher korban. Korban sempat berteriak, namun begitu terdengar. Pelaku kembali menggorok leher korban yang kedua kalinya dan mendengar suara korban mendengkur (ngorok).
Pada adegan ke 13, pelaku mendudukkan korban disebuah kursi kayu yang berada di ruang L rumah dekat meja. Pisau yang sebelumnya berada ditangan pelaku, kemudian diletakkan pisau tersebut ke tangan kiri korban dalam posisi menggenggam pisau. Kemudian menelungkupkan korban secara pelan-pelan ke lantai.
Saat dikonfirmasi KBO Reskrim Polres Tebo, IPDA Sri Yanto, mengatakan bahwa pihak penyidik Polres Tebo menggelar Rekontruksi kasus pembunuhan yang dilakukan Adi Prasetyo terhadap kakek bernama Kasjuri. Pelaku merupakan cucu kandung kakek Kasjuri sendiri.
" Ada 24 adegan dalam rekontruksi kasus pembangunan ini. Adegan ke 12 pelaku menghbisi nyawa korban," kata KBO Reskrim Polres Tebo, IPDA Sri Yanto.
Dalam kasus pembunuhan ini, lanjut IPDA Sri Yanto, pelaku dikenakan Pasal 338 KUHPidana Subsider pasal 351 ayat 3 KUHPidana. " Dengan anacaman hukuman 12 tahun penjara," pungkasnya. (Zie)
