BANGKO – DU (33), warga Kelurahan Pematang Kandis, Kecamatan Bangko, Kabupaten Merangin, ditangkap pihak kepolisian karena memiliki paket diduga narkotika jenis sabu-sabu. DU beserta barang bukti satu paket kecil berisi diduga sabu diamankan dari tepatnya bekerja, salah satu salon di wilayah Bangko. Selain DU, aparat kepolisian dari Polres Merangin juga menangkap seorang pria yang diduga menjadi pemasok sabu kepada DU. Pria tersebut berinisial ZK (39), warga Desa Rantau Gedang, Kecamatan Bathin VIII, Kabupaten Sarolangun.
Penangkapan kedua pelaku ini bermula ketika aparat kepolisian mendapat informasi jika di salah satu salon dalam wilayah Bangko kerap menjadi lokasi transaksi narkoba. Informasi ini langsung dikembangkan dengan melakukan penyelidikan di lokasi.
ZK sendiri merupakan target operasi (TO) pihak kepolisian dari kasus penangkapan sebelumnya. Saat ini, ZK bersama DU dan barang bukti diamankan di Mapolres Merangin guna proses lebih lanjut. “Saat ini tengah dilakukan pengembangan oleh Satresnarkoba Polres Merangin,” ujar Kasubag Humas Polres Merangin AKP Sobri saat dikonfirmasi, Selasa (22/10/2019).
