Pelaku begal yang di door tim Sultan Polres Tebo..
MUARATEBO - Tim Sultan Polres Tebo, menangkap begal sadis yang kerap meresahkan warga desa Lubuk Mandarsyah, Kecamatan Tengah Ilir, kabupaten Tebo. Polisi terpaksa menembak pelaku karena berusaha melawan petugas saat ditangkap pada Selasa (19/11/2019) sekira pukul 03:00 wib.
Aksi tersangka bernama Ibnu Jinar als Bner (27) warga RT 01 desa lubuk Kambing Kec.Renah Mendaluh Kab. Tanjab Barat ini terungkap setelah adanya laporan warga yang menjadi korban begal dengan Laporan Polisi Nomor : LP / B- 10 / XI / 2019 / Polda Jambi / Res Tebo / Sek Tengah Ilir, tanggal 10 November 2019.
Berbekal laporan tersebut, Tim Sultan yang dipimpin oleh BRIPKA NURMAI IRPAN ASROPI A bersama anggota Polsek Tengah Ilir, pada hari senin tanggal 18 November 2019 sekira pukul 23.00 wib melakukan penyelidikan terhadap laporan polisi tentang tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan itu.
Kemudian, polisi mendapat informasi bahwa diduga tersangka BNER sedang berada di kediaman keluarganya di Desa Sungai Rotan Kec. Renah Mendaluh Kab. Tanjab Barat dan akhirnya tersangka BNER berhasil menangkap.
Pada saat polisi ingin melakukan pengembangan, tersangka Bner mencoba melarikan diri dan melawan petugas. Sehingga Tim Sultan melakukan tindakan tegas dengan terarah dan terukur menembak kaki sebelah kanan tersangka.
Terkait prnangkapan ini, Kapolres Tebo AKBP Zainal Arrahman melalui Kasat Reskrim AKP M. Reidho Syawaluddin Taufan membenarkan bahwa pihaknya sudah berhasil menangkap tersangka begal bersenpi yang kerap meresahkan warga sekitar.
" Ya jam 03:00 wib tadi kita berhasil menangkap dan menembak tersangka begal sadis yang dalam aksinya menggunakan senpi rakitan," ujar Kasat Reskrim.
Dari pengakuan tersangka, lanjut Kasat, ia dalam menjalankan aksinya tidak seorang diri. Saat ini, tiga tersangka lainnya berinisial BY, KB dan DY yang berhasil kabur saat ini masuk dalam daftar pencarian orang (DPO) Polres Tebo.
" Tersangkanya ada 4 orang, 3 orang berhasil melarikan diri. Tersangka juga mengaku sudah pernah membunuh korbannya," jelasnya.
Dari tangan tersangka, polisi berhasil menyita sejumlah barang bukti (BB) berupa 1 Unit SPM merk Yamaha VIXON warna Merah Hitam tanpa Nopol, No.Rangka : MH3RG1810HK376623 dan No. Sin : G3E7R0378745 ( kendaraan milik korban), 1 unit SPM merk Yamaha VEGA warna merah hitam (Kendaraan yg digunakan diduga tersangka BNER) dan 2 unit senjata rakitan(Gobok).
" Saat ini tersangka dan BB sudah diamankan di Polres Tebo guna penyidikan lebih lanjut. Tersangka dikenakan dalam UU yg diterapkan Pasal 365 KUHPidana," pungkas Kasat. (Zie)
