MUARABULIAN - Peran strategis Guru dalam mewujudkan Indonsia unggul itu tema yang di angkat pada peringatan Hari Guru Nasional 2019. Makna yang terkandung didalamnya, bahwa guru merupakan peranan strategis dalam menciptakan generasi yang unggul dimasa akan datang.
Menanggapi hal ini Kadisdik Batanghari Dra Jamilah tema yang diangkat setelah diperhatikan dilapangan, peran Guru sangat menentukan sekali untuk bangsa ini, karena manusia yang unggul itu lahir dari Guru-Guru yang unggul.
“ Kita harapkan Guru di kabupaten Batanghari semakin menjalin persatuan dan kesatuan, kemudian bersinegisitas, dan dapat memperhatikan kebutuhan siswa,” ujar Jamilah.
Sejauh ini, pemerintah kabupaten Batanghari melalui Disdikbud sesuai dengan tema itu telah menganggarkan kegiatan pelatihan Guru, Kepsek dan pengawas, whorksop, pertandingan dan bantuan dari P4TK pusat serta MOU dengan pihak lain perusahaan di kabupaten Batanghari. Hal ini semua merupakan bentuk keseriusan pemda Batanghari untuk mengangkat SDM Unggul Guru ini. Tentunya, semua ini untuk membangkitkan mengkaryakan Guru berdedikasi tinggi dan jiwa membangun Guru dibidang pendidikan.
Keseriusan pemda juga dalam kolaborasi dengan pihak perusahaan yang berdomisili di Batanghari telah mewujudkan kegiatan yang sesuai dengan rangkaian pendidikan, baik itu pelatihan Guru, penguatan manajemen sekolah. Salah satu contohnya, kegiatan HGN dan HUT PGRI ke 74 tahun yang menjadi tuan rumah peringatan ini berkat kolaborasi dan antusias pihak luar.“ Artinya, apapun itu untuk Dunia Pendiikan bekerjasama itu sangat mudah,” cetus Jamilah.
Jamilah menjelaskan, Bahwa pendidikan itu bukan beban pemerintah saja, tapi beban dari lapisan masyarakat. Mulai dari orang tua, perusahaan, dan Pemerintah. Pendidikan tidak akan berjalan jika hanya satu orang yang menjalankannya. Jika satu dengan yang lainnya bersinergi kedepan penidikan lebih baik,” imbuhnya.
Jamihal juga berharap mempersatukan Guru di kabupaten Batanghari pada peringatan HGN dan HUT PGRI ke 74 tahun 2019. Dengan perkembangan dunia digital Guru tidak lagi dibebani dengan laporan Administrasi sehingga didalam kelas Guru berceramah didepan kelas, akan tetapi Guru harus menggali kemampuan siswa.
