Kejari Tebo tahan dua tersangka kasus LPJU....
Kedua tersangka ditahan atas kasus dugaan Mark up lampu penerangan jalan umum (LPJU) yang diambil dari anggaran dana desa (DD) pada tahun 2017 silam. Atas kasus tersebut, mengakibatkan kerugian negara sebesar 1,6 Milyar. Para tersangka ditahan tidak dalam waktu bersamaan.
Untuk tersangka Suyadi, ia tiba di Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Tebo pada pukul 10:45 wib. Sebelum dilakukan penahanan, tersangka Suyadi sempat diperiksa kesehatannya di ruang Kasi Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara (Datun) oleh dokter Rumah sakit RSUD Tebo kurang lebih setengah jam.
Tersangka Suyadi keluar dari ruang Kasi Datun menggunakan baju kaos warna hitam itu langsung dibawa dan dititip di lapas kelas IIB Muara Tebo yang didampingi kuasa hukumnya Tomson Purba. Sebelum masuk mobil tersangka sempat ngomong ke awak media "ngapoo mau ambil foto dulu yo, foto lah biar puas".
Sementara, tersangka Cahyono tiba di kantor Kejaksaan sekitar pukul 17:50 wib dan dilakukan pemeriksaan sementara diruang Kasi Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara (Datun). Sebelum di gelandang ke Lapas kelas IIB Tebo, pihak Kejaksaan meminta agar tersangka menghubungi pihak keluarga dan memeriksa kesehatan nya.
Pada saat ingin dibawa ke dalam mobil, tersangka Cahyono lebih memilih diam saat ditanya para awak media. Bahwa tersangka tampak menutup muka sambil munundukkan kepalanya.
Terkait penahanan kedua tersangka, Kasi Pidana Khusus (Pidsus) Medi Santoni yang didampingi Kasi Intel Kejari Tebo Agus Sukandar mengatakan bahwa para tersangka ini ditahan atas kasus dugaan mark up LPJU dari anggaran dana desa (DD) pada tahun 2017.
"Untuk tersangka lain, kita akan dalami lebih dulu. Hasilnya seperti apa akan kita sampaikan nanti," ujar Kasi Pidsus Medi Santoni, saat dikonfirmasi awak media. Rabu, (04/12/2019).
Untuk berkas para tersangka, lanjut Medi, pihaknya akan sesega mungkin melimpahkan berkas ke Pengadilan Negeri Tebo. Namun, mengingat akhir tahun ini pihak Kejaksaan paling lambat melimpahkan berkas tersebut pada awal tahun 2020 nanti.
