TANJAB BARAT - Wakil Ketua dan Anggota DPRD kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat mendadak marah saat mendatangi Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Tanjabbar.
Dewan marah lantaran Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Tanjabbar, dr. Andi Pada tidak berada di tempat, ketika sejumlah anggota DPRD melakukan kunjungan ke Dinas Kesehatan pada Senin (20/1/2020).
Informasi yang dikumpulkan, saat kunjungan dewan ke Dinkes Tanjabbar, Kadinkes Tanjabbar, dr. Andi Pada sedang dinas luar menghadiri kegiatan Akreditasi Puskesmas.
"Kadis nya lagi dinas luar ke Rantau Badak. Ada kegiatan Akreditasi," ujar salah satu pegawai Dinkes Tanjabbar.
Kunjungan dewan ke Dinkes ini tidak lain ingin mengetahui data jumlah pasien DBD dan dana Fogging di Dinkes Tanjabbar.
Wakil ketua DPRD Tanjabbar, Syafril Simamora bersama anggota dewan lainnya merasa kecewa.
"Kita mau ketemu dia, malah hanya bertemu sekretaris nya," ujar Syafril dengan nada kecewa.
"Kalau dia (Kadis) tidak ada ditempat, mungkin dia ada kegiatan penting diluar kita bisa apa. Namun kita selaku dewan punya hak untuk memanggil kadis nya dengan mengundang resmi ke DPRD. Kami ingin kadis nya langsung yang datang," tegas Syafril.
Menanggapi hal ini, warga Tanjabbar malah menilai kunjungan yang dilakukan anggota DPRD Tanjabbar sudah telat dan hanya pencitraan saja.
"Sudah telat dewan datang mlakukan pencitraan. Dari kemaren kemana saja disaat warga berteriak butuh bantuan. Bahkan sampai ada korban meninggal karena DBD," ujar warga Tanjabbar yang enggan disebutkan namanya di media ini.
Menurut warga, Dewan jangan hanya sidak dan pura-pura marah di depan publik, tapi tugas dewan selaku wakil rakyat mencari solusi atas keluhan warganya.
"Kalau marah-marah emangnya kasus DBD bisa berkurang? solusi yang dicari, jangan hanya marah dak jelas," tegas warga.
Ditambahkanya, dewan dan pejabat pemerintah sama saja, jangan ingin menyalahkan satu sama lain.
"Saya rasa dewan perlu intropeksi diri. Pada intinya sama saja dewan dengan pejabat Dinkes. Kemaren saat warga butuh bantuan wakilnya, dewan malah asik dinas luar atau jalan-jalan keluar daerah. Bahkan sampai ada aksi warga berteriak di depan kantor DPRD yang menyambut hanya satu orang, yang lain entah kemana. Jadi menurut kami kantor DPRD lebih sering kosong dibandingkan dinas," kesal warga.
