Akibat hujan deras jalan ke Meranti-Pulau Tujuh amblas...
MERANGIN - Curah hujan tinggi terjadi pada Selasa (21/1/20) dini hari, mengakibatkan air sungai meluap dan mengakibatkan jalan penghubung antara Desa Meranti, Kecamatan Renah Pamenang menuju Desa Pulau Tujuh, Kecamatan Pamenang Barat amblas.
Hardi warga Desa Meranti mengatakan, amblasnya jalan tersebut tejadi pada selasa pagi sekira pukul 10.00 WIB.
“Ya karena hujan terjadi sangat deras, air sungai tiba-tiba meluap sehingga gorong-gorong tidak bisa menahan derasnya air, makanya terjadi runtuh. Mungkin juga karena umur gorong-gorong ini sudah terlalu tua, karena setahu saya ini dibangun dari tahun 1980 lalu," katanya.
Kepala Desa Meranti, Sukasno, ketika dikonfirmasi mengatakan, terkait terjadinya longsor dan mengakibatkan jalan terputus mengatakan melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke pihak kabupaten guna penanganan lebih lanjut.
“Ya terkait putusnya akses jalan terus hari ini kami akan membuat laporan ke pihak kabupaten guna penanganan lebih lanjut. Karena itu jalan Kabupaten, tentunya penangangannya wewenang kabupaten. Kslau jalan desa, ya akan kami tangani menggunakan dana desa walaupun harus merubah APBDes. Pada intinya secepatnya kita minta kepada pihak pemerintah Kabupaten segera turun tangan tentang putusnya jalan tersebut. Kebetulan hari ini bapak-bapak dari Dinas PUPR ada di sini. Tadi juga sudah di cek ke lokasi tersebut,” jelas kades.
Akibat curah hujan yang tinggi juga mengakibatkan sejumlah titik di Merangin longsor, diantaranya tanah di seputaran jam gento dikabarkan longsor. Tidak hanya itu, tiang listrik di dekat Instalasi Pengolahan Air Minum di jalur rumah Jandayani di Pasar Atas, roboh dan menghalangi akses jalan tersebut.
