MERANGIN - Masih  dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19, untuk mengantisipasi penyebarannya, Pemerintah Kabupaten Merangin melalui Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Merangin kembali memperpanjang libur sekolah, siswa TK, SD, SMP/Sederajat, mulai tanggal 2-6 Juni 2020.

Meskipun dalam kalender pendidikan 2 Juni siswa masuk sekolah, namun kondisi dan situasi belum memungkinkan untuk melaksanakan aktifitas belajar disekolah. 

Hal ini disampaikan Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Merangin, Zubir, saat dikonfirmasi Senin (1/06/2020).

"Kita sudah berkoordinasi dengan Bupati Merangin, dan Dinas Pendidikan Propinsi Jambi, bahwa libur sekolah diperpanjang, kita sudah buat surat edarannya, dan akan dikirim maupun di share, melalui ke koordinator wilayah kacamatan, seterusnya diteruskan kesekolah," katanya.

Meskipun siswa libur sekolah, Ia beharap siswa tetap melaksanakan aktifitas belajar dirumah. Dan para Guru tetap memberikan tugas belajar siswa dirumah selanjutnya,  laporannya dikirim ke pihaknya. 

"Guru Tetap Masuk Sekolah, nanti kehadirannya dipantau pihak Korwil, absensinya juga," jelasnya. 

Sementara untuk tanggal 8 aktifitas belajar kembali seperti biasa, namun, lanjut Zubir, jika ada kebijakan libur sekolah diperpanjang, kemungkinan ada daerah daerah yang ditetapkan sebagai Zona Hijau tetap melaksanakan aktifitas belajar mengajar.

"Kita lihat dulu mana daerah zona hijau dan zona merah, kalau zona hijau tetap melaksanakan KBM, tapi kalau zona merah diliburkan, tapi semuanya kembali dengan kebijakan pemerintah," tandasnya.
