MUAROJAMBI - Satuan reserse narkoba polres Muaro Jambi meringkus dua orang terduga pelaku penyalahgunaan narkoba jenis sabu-sabu, di RT 03 Desa Bhakti Mulya unit V Kecamatan Sungai Bahar, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi pada hari Minggu tanggal 16 Agustus 2020.
Seperti yang disampaikan Kapolres Muaro Jambi, AKBP Ardiyanto, melalui Iptu Feisal, Kasat Reserse Narkoba Polres Muaro Jambi pada Selasa (18/08/20), Tim gabungan Anggota Opsnal Sat Resnarkoba Polres Muaro dan anggota Polsek sungai Bahar menindak lanjuti laporan masyarakat yang mana adanya pelaku penyalahgunaan Narkotika didaerah sungai Bahar.
"Awalnya kita berhasil melakukan penangkapan terhadap seorang laki-laki yang inisial ES di RT 03 desa Bhakti Mulya unit V Kecamatan Sungai Bahar, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, dan ditemukan narkotika jenis sabu-sabu sebanyak 6 (enam) paket ukuran kecil yang disimpan didalam pipet warna-warni (orange, biru dan hijau) yg disimpan di botol plastik yg dibungkus dengan plastik warna hitam, serta 1 (satu) buah pena warna orange yg berisi kaca Pirek dan jarum suntik" sebutnya
Selanjutnya, berdasarkan keterangan pelaku pertama bahwa sabu-sabu tersebut didapat dari seseorang berinisial DK, selanjutnya Tim melakukan penangkapan terhadap pelaku kedua dan ditemukan Barang bukti narkoba jenis sabu-sabu.
"Barang bukti yang berhasil kita amankan yaitu, 2 (dua) paket diduga Narkotika jenis sabu, seberat 1,14 gram (bruto), 1 (satu) buah kotak rokok merk Sampoerna warna putih, empat unit handphone,1 (satu) helai baju kaos lengan pendek warna kuning bergaris abu-abu, 6 (enam) paket ukuran kecil diduga Narkotika jenis sabu-sabu yang berada didalam pipet warna-warni (biru, hijau dan orange) seberat 0,88 gram (bruto), 1 (Satu) buah botol plastik yang dibungkus dengan plastik warna hitam, 1 (satu) buah pena warna orange yang didalamnya berisi kaca Pirek dan jarum suntik,1 (satu) buah tas selempang warna coklat, dan uang tunai sebesar Rp. 300.000,- (tiga ratus ribu rupiah)," ungkapnya.
Untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatannya, Kedua pelaku dikenakan pasal 112 ayat 1 dan 114 ayat 1 Undang-undang RI no 35 tahun 2009 tentang narkotika.
