Keempat SD yang aktivias belajar mengajarnya dipantau Plt bupati Merangin bersama tim Dikbud Merangin tersebut, SD Negeri 115, SD Negeri  252, SD Negeri 02, SD dan Negeri 253
Dikatakan Plt bupati, murid-murid SD sudah diperbolehkan melakukan proses belajar mengajar secara tatap muka, khusu untuk kelas 4, 5 dan 6, dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan pencegahan Covid-19, mulai Senin (28/9).
‘’Ini merupakan hari kedua anak SD belajar secara tatap muka. Untuk satu kelas hanya diisi sekitar 15 orang, dengan jarak satu kursi kosong ditengahnya. Mereka sehari sekolah sehari libur dan jam pelajarannya juga berkurang,’’ terang  Mashuri.
Mulai belajar secara tatap muka untuk murid-murid SD tersebut jelas Plt bupati, berdasarkan dimulainya evaluasi terhadap proses belajar mengajar tatap muka yang di pelajar sekolah menengah, yang dimulai pada 30 Juli 2020.
‘’Berdasarkan evaluasi itu, kepatuhan protokol kesehatan pada pelajar sekolah menengah hasilnya cukup baik, sehingga Tim Satgas Covid-19 Merangin, memperbolehkan murid-murid SD mulai belajar secara tatap muka,’’ujar Plt Bupati.
Ditanya mengapa hanya murid kelas 4,5 dan 6 yang belajar tatap muka? Dijelaskan H Mashuri, anak kelas 1,2 dan 3, masih rentan terhadap Covid-19. Mereka belum mampu mengendalikan diri dan tindakannya masih diluar control protokol kesehatan Covid-19.
Lalu kapan murid kelas 1,2 dan 3 boleh masuk sekolah? Plt bupati yang dikenal sangat merakyat ini, akan melihat dulu evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar kelas 4,5 dan 6 yang akan terus dipantau.
‘’Jika pada evaluasi nanti hasilnya baik, murid-murid kelas 1,2 dan 3 pada awal Desember 2020 sudah boleh masuk sekolah, dengan lebih mendisiplinkan protokol kesehatan pencegahan Covid-19," jelas mantan Kadiknas Merangin ini.
Plt bupati mengajak seluruh jajaran kecamatan dalam Kabupaten Merangin untuk rutin melakukan monitoring dan pantauan ke sekolah-sekolah di wilayah kerjanya masing-masing.
‘’Jika ada sekolah yang tidak mematuhi protokol kesehatan pencegahan Covid-19, Tim Satgas Covid-19 Merangin akan langsung menutup sekolah tersebut. Apalagi jika ada murid yang terkonfirmasi Covid-19,’’ tandas Mashuri.
