JAMBI - Rapat Koordinasi Operasi Mantap Praja Dalam Rangka Kesiapan Pengamanan Tahapan Pungut dan Hitung Suara Pilkada Serentak Tahun 2020 di Provinsi Jambi berlangsung di Swiss-Bellhotel Jambi, Kamis (5/11/20).
Cipta kondisi stabilitas dan ketertiban sekaligus juga untuk menjaga kesehatan dalam kondisi pandemi covid-19 menjadi harapan Pjs. Gubernur Jambi Ir.Restuardy Daud,M.Sc, pada saat menyampaikan sambutan pada Rakor tersebut,"Salah satu bentuk kesuksesan Pilkada 2020 adalah sinergi yang terbangun seluruh penyelenggara pemilu," ungkap Ardy Daud.
KPU dan Bawaslu termasuk didalamnya peserta pemilu yang beraktivitas dalam kontentasi pilkada kemudian seluruh jajaran pemerintah daerah didalamnya ada unsur Polri TNI serta seluruh elemen masyarakat merupakan satu kesatuan yang bersama-sama terlibat dan bertanggung jawab terhadap suksesnya Pilkada 2020,"Merupakan refleksi kesiapan kita melaksanakan pengamanan pilkada masa kampanye hingga pemungutan dan penghitungan suara pada tanggal 9 Desember hari Rabu," lanjut Ardy Daud.
Diakui Pjs.Gubernur Jambi tentang Pilkada Tahun 2020 berbeda seperti yang telah dilaksanakan bahkan melaksanakan kegiatan dibawah kondisi pandemi covid-19 dengan pembatasan-pembatasan tertentu yang perlu terus dikawal,"Kita jaga bersama-sama karena ada penerapan protokol kesehatan yang kita harapkan dapat melaksanakan kegiatan ini dengan sukses dan tidak timbulkan klaster baru Covid-19," tegas Ardy Daud.
Pelaksanaan kegiatan berlangsung sukses dan aman dari Covid-19 tidak hanya kepada pemilih termasuk kepada penyelenggara Pilkada terutama petugas yang berada di lapangan, penyelenggaraan Pilkada dari Bawaslu KPU, unsur TNI dan Polri, Pemda dan pihak terkait lainnya memiliki langkah antisipasi pada titik krusial atau kerawanan yang dapat mengganggu jalannya penyelenggaraan Pilkada dan potensi kerawanan yang berbeda-beda sesuai karakteristik daerah masing-masing,"Polda Jambi telah melakukan deteksi dini guna mencegah timbulnya gangguan keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat, juga jajaran Korem 042/Gapu dan Pemerintah Daerah," kata Ardy Daud.
Pjs.Gubernur Jambi memandang secara umum ada beberapa hal yang secara singkat memerlukan dukungan dan perhatian bersama kepada pelaksana Pilkada untuk mencermati dan memberikan dukungan terhadap distribusi logistik terutama untuk daerah-daerah yang sulit atau jauh yang membutuhkan ekstra kerja untuk didukung bersama-sama serta tes kesehatan dimana KPU telah mengagendakan 14 Hari masa rapid test dengan jajaran dinas kesehatan kabupaten/kota dalam waktu bersamaan hampir 80.000 PPS yang harus di tes, termasuk melakukan pergantian petugas apabila ada yang reaktif minimal 3-5 hari sebelum tanggal 9 Desember.
Pjs. Gubernur Jambi juga berharap kepada peserta Pilkada melakukan pengawasan internal oleh tim kampanye atau tim paslon sendiri untuk memberikan edukasi kepada konstituen dalam perkembangannya sampai pada masa tenang serta terus memberikan dukungan sosialisasi pelaksanaan Pilkada terutama tata cara pencoblosan di TPS karena adanya penerapan protokol kesehatan, tata cara pelaksanaan termasuk waktu masyarakat berada di TPS serta sosialisasikan kepada masyarakat supaya dapat memahami dan menerima persepsi yang tepat mengenai protokol kesehatan.
Mendorong peningkatan partisipasi politik masyarakat dalam pendidikan politik atau edukasi bagi pemilih pemula jadi bagian yang perlu dicermati termasuk langkah antisipasi musim hujan berlangsung hingga Desember,"Kita harus siap antisipasi apabila ini terjadi akan kita sinkronkan dengan tim satgas bencana yang telah dibentuk dan persiapkan untuk menyikapi atau mengantisipasi bencana hidro-meteorologi yang mungkin saja terjadi pada saat Pilkada," kata Ardy Daud.
Kapolda Jambi Irjen Pol Firman Santyabudi saat membuka rapat menyampaikan tujuan rapat agar Polri TNI dan unsur terkait tetap bersinergi dalam pelaksanaan tugas sehingga pelaksanaan pengamanan Pilkada Serentak dapat dilaksanakan secara sejuk, aman, damai, dan sehat.
Kapolda Jambi menegaskan rapat koordinasi juga berguna untuk memperoleh info terbaru yang diharapkan bisa jadi satu pedoman serta mencari solusi yang tepat pada proses pelaksanaan pilkada,"Tidak ingin adanya isu Sara yang beredar secara konvensional maupun melalui teknologi dan media sosial serta menjaga sikap netral, profesional, proporsional TNI Polri serta menghindari pihak manapun yang menarik TNI Polri dalam kegiatan politik," ungkap Kapolda Jambi.
Rapat koordinasi dihadiri Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jambi, Kajati, Pengadilan Tinggi, Kasrem O42/Gapu, Kapolres, serta pihak terkait Pilkada Serentak Tahun 2020.
