MUARABULIAN - Pembayaran tunjangan sertifikasi Guru triwulan IV (empat) dikabupaten Batanghari mengalami kendala. Pasalnya, dana transfer pemerintah pusat hanya cukup membayar dua bulan tunjagan.
Hal ini dibenarkan oleh Kadisdikbud Batanghari melalui surat edaran nomor 800/GTK/PDK/2020 bahwa dalam rangka penanganan pandemi Covid-19 dan mengahadapi ancaman membahayakan perekonomian nasional yang mengakibatkan berkurangnya pagu anggaran tunjangan profesi Guru PNS tahun 2020.
Berdasarkan surat Dirjen GTK nomor 5879/B1/KU/2020 tentang undangan kegiatan rekonsiliasi laporan realisasi tunjangan profesi Guru PNSD, tunjangan khusus dan tambahan pengahasilan Guru PNS daerah ada beberapa poin.
Sisa lebih dana tunjangan profesi triwulan tiga Batanghari yang ada di kas daerah Rp.1.294.157.740, dana masuk dari pusat ke kas daerah untuk pembayaran tunjangan profesi triwulan ke IV tahun 2020 berjumlah Rp. 11.967.591.000, jumlah total dana yang teresedi a pada kas daerah saat ini Rp. 13.261.748.740.
Dari total dana tersedia, ada kekurangan dana pembayaran tunjangan profesi Guru triwulan ke IV sebanyak Rp. 2.184.218.340. Sedangkan kebutuhan pembayaran TPG sebanyak Rp. 15.445.967.080.
Kabid GTK disdikbud Batanghari Yaakin, S.Pd diwawancarai membenarkan hal tersebut, untuk pembayaran tunjangan sertifikasi triwulan IV di kabupaten Batanghari ada kekurangan dana untuk pembayaran tersebut.
“ Untuk triwulan ke IV tahun anggaran 2020 ini, pembayaran hanya dua bulan yakni Oktober dan November, dikarenakan ada kekurangan trasnfer pusat, adapun kekurangannya akan dibayarkan ditahun 2021 mendatang,” jelas Yaakin.
Yaakin berharap agar seluruh penerima tunjangan di kabupaten Batanghari ini dapat bersabar dan tak perlu gaduh mengingat hanya ada penundaan pembayaran. “ Untuk pembayaran triwulan ke IV yang dua bulan, akan segera kita salurkan, mengingat masih ada pembahasan pemotongan BPJS. Insyaa Allah dalam minggu ini dapat di salurkan ke rekening Guru,” pungkasnya.
