MERANGIN - Dinas Pendidikan Kebudayaan (Dikbud) Merangin beserta jajaran, dan Kepala Sekolah yang ada di Merangin menggelar rapat koordinasi terkait dengan persiapan aktifitas belajar mengajar secara tatap muka dimasa pandemi Covid-19, Senin (4/1/2021). 
Dalam rapat koordinasi tersebut dimana Dikbud Merangin bersama jajaran pengawas, korwil, dan kepala sekolah sepakat bahwa aktifitas belajar mengajar dilaksanakan mulai Rabu 6 Januari 2021. 
"Kepala Sekolah tadi mengusulkan ke kita bahwa mereka siap melaksanakan aktifitas KBM secara tatap muka Rabu 6 Januari 2021," katanya. 
Namun menjelang tatap muka di laksanakan pada hari rabu tersebut lanjut Zubir, bukan siswa tidak belajar akan tetapi siswa juga  belajar secara daring. 
"Dengan berbagai pertimbangan dan persiapan yang matang, kami sepakat bahwa aktifitas KBM dihari itu," ujarnya.
Meski belum melaksanakan KBM,
Selasa 5 Januari 2021, namun aktifitas kepala sekolah dan guru tetap melaksanakan tugas seperti biasanya disekolah. 
"Hasil keputusan rapat ini akan diteruskan kepala sekolah ke orang tua siswa," katanya. 
Ia juga menjelaskan, bahwa selama aktifitas kegiatan belajar mengajar berlansung secara tatap muka nanti sekolah harus menyiapkan sarana  protokol kesehatan disekolah. 
"Seperti alat pengukur suhu termogen, hand sanitizer, sabun dan lain sebagainya," ucapnya.
"Didepan gerbang pintu masuk sekolah paling tidak ada dua kran air cuci tangan dilengkapi dengan sabun, kemudian disetiap kelas juga harus ada kran dan semacamnya untuk cuci tangan," tambahnya. 
Untuk memastikan pihak sekolah mematuhi protokol kesehatan, Dikbud Merangin akan memantau aktifitas KBM secara tatap muka dihari Rabu tersebut. 
"Ya, kita akan pantau langsung, kalau kita temukan ada yang melanggar kita beri teguran secara tertulis," tegasnya. 
Tidak hanya itu, guna mematuhi protokol kesehatan, disini Kadikbud juga mengatakan, bahwa aktifitas KBM diruangan diberi jarak antara siswa satu dengan yang lainnya. 
"Minimal 1 meter dan belajarnya pun sistim ship bergantian, misalkan satu kelas jumlah siswa 32-34 paling tidak separo dari jumlah tersebut," terangnya. 
Selain itu, selama berada disekolah siswa dilarang jajan di kantin sekolah dan tidak ada waktu jam istirahat. 
"Sehabis belajar siswa langsung pulang sementawa waktu jam belajarnya 30 menit perjam permata pelajaran," tandasnya.
