MUARASABAK - Keberangkatan Calon Jamaah Haji (CJH) ke Tanah Suci Mekkah pada tahun 2021 belum bisa dipastikan. Pasalnya, saat ini pemerintah masih menunggu keputusan dari Pemerintah Arab Saudi apakah membuka penyelenggaraan haji atau tidak.
Hal itu dikatakan Kepala Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur (Tanjabtim) melalui Kasi Penyelenggara Haji dan Umroh, Saipullah Rasyidi.
Menurutnya, keberangkatan JCH yang sempat tertunda pada tahun 2020 lalu akibat pandemi wabah Covid-19. Rencananya akan diberangkatkan pada tahun 2021 ini.
"Insya Allah JCH 2020 diberangkatkan tahun ini. Namun, kita juga masih menunggu kepastian dari Pemerintah Arab Saudi," katanya.
Dijelaskannya, ada sebanyak 62 JCH yang akan direncanakan berangkat haji tahun ini, terbanyak dari Kecamatan Nipah Panjang sebanyak 18 orang. Namun jika 20 orang cadangan masuk, maka sebanyak 82 orang yang akan diberangkatkan
"Insya Allah jika cadangan masuk keberangkatan haji tahun ini ada sebanyak 82 orang. Tapi yang pasti berangkat itu 62 orang," jelasnya.
Untuk kegiatan Manasik Haji, lanjutnya, seharusnya sekarang sudah dilaksanakan. Namun pihaknya berinisiatif melakukan Manasik Haji secara virtual. Pada tahun lalu, pihaknya sempat melaksanakan Manasik Haji, tapi karena keberangkatan ditunda, jadi semangat para JCH menjadi turun.
"Tapi Alhamdulillah kita koordinasi dengan KUA untuk menyelenggarakan Manasik Haji di masing-masing kecamatan, dengan alasan agar tidak menumpuk. KUA juga tetap berkoordinasi dengan Gugus Tugas Covid-19 kecamatan dengan mengedepankan protokol kesehatan," terangnya.
Terkait dengan penundaan keberangkatan haji pada tahun 2020 lalu, JCH tidak ada yang membatalkan atau mengambil uangnya kembali. Kalau sekiranya tahun ini ada keputusan pemerintah tentang ada penambahan dana, para JCH tinggal menambahnya sedikit.
"Ataupun kalau nanti ada keputusan pemerintah menurunkan dari Rp 23 juta lebih, maka akan dilakukan pengembalian kepada JCH," tuturnya.
Dijelaskannya, untuk penanganan khusus keberangkatan JCH tahun ini di masa pandemi, saat ini pihaknya belum mendapatkan instruksi. Namun menurut hematnya, jika tahun ini JCH akan diberangkatkan, pasti Pemerintah Arab Saudi meminta JCH agar di vaksin.
"Kalau SWAB mungkin akan dilakukan, tapi kalau vaksin itu biasanya pasti dilakukan. Terkait dengan batasan umur yang boleh di vaksin, kami juga belum mengetahui nanti bagaimana prosedurnya," cetusnya.
Untuk jumlah JCH yang mendaftar pada tahun 2020, ada sebanyak 349 orang. Jumlah itu mengalami penurunan jika dibandingkan pada tahun 2019 lalu sebanyak 451 orang. Hal itu juga disebabkan oleh pandemi wabah Covid-19 yang masih terjadi sampai saat ini.
"Pengaruhnya terhadap antusias masyarakat yang ingin mendaftar. Apalagi ditambah dengan tahun 2020 tidak ada keberangkatan JCH ke Mekkah," tutupnya.
