Dikatakan bupati melalui Asisten II Setda Merangin, Mardansyah Saidi, Kabupaten Merangin mendapatkan empat pengerjaan jembatan yang dibangun menggunakan dana Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Negara 2021.

Satu dari empat jembatan itu yang berada di Desa Sungai Ulak Kecamatan Nalo Tantan terkendala pembangunannya hanya gara-gara tiang listrik PLN. ‘’Jadi apapun kendalanya, jembatan itu harus dibangun,’’ tegas Mardansyah Saidi.

Kadis PUPR Merangin, Aspan menjelaskan, jalan nasional membunyai Daerah Milik Jalan (DMJ). Dimana DMJ itu dari as jalan jaraknya selebar 25 meter. Siapapun yang membangun di kawsan itu, baik PLN, PDAM maupun Telkom harus ada izin.

Jadi jelas Aspan,apabila pihak Jalan Nasional akan menggunakan kawasan itu untuk pelebaran jalan atau jembatan, wajib instansi yang membangun kawasan itu membindahkan apa yang dibangunnya.

‘’Ada atau tidak ada izin dalam pembangunannya, sekarang ini jaringan PLN yang ada di kawasan Jembatan Sungai Tantan itu harus dipindahkan. Pak Bupati minta, jembatan itu harus dibangun,’’ terang Aspan.

Sementara itu, Dedy dari pihak PLN menerangkan, berdasarkan hasil survei yang dilakukan PLN, ada lima titik tiang PLN yang akan dipindahkan. Namun setelah dilakukan survei lagi hanya tiga tiang saja.

‘’Jaringan PLN di kawasan itu merupakan jaringan utama penyuplai listrik ke arah Tabir. Kami akan menggunakan material baru untuk jarak amannya, karena kalau memakai material lama bisa mengganggu proses pembangunan jembatan,’’ ujar Dedy.

Pemindahan jaringan listrik PLN di kawasan itu jelas Dedy, akan menggunakan jasa pihak ketiga, bukan dikerjakan oleh tenaga dari PLN. ‘’Pengerjaan pemindahan jaringan itu akan mengakibatkan listrik ke kawasan Tabir jadi padam,’’ terang Dedy.
