JAMBI – Menteri Sosial RI, Tri Rismaharini meninjau proses perekaman data Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK) - Kartu Tanda Penduduk elektronik (e-KTP) bagi warga Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) di Desa Jelutih, Kecamatan Batin XXIV, Kabupaten Batanghari, Rabu (10/03/2021). Ini dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk mempercepat pemenuhan hak sipil Komunitas Adat Terpencil (KAT) bagi warga Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) yang akan terintergrasi dengan Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS).
Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jambi Edi Purwanto yang turut mendampingi Mensos Risma mengapresiasi strategi jemput bola yang dilakukan oleh Kemensos RI. Menurutnya dengan langsung melihat kondisi lapangan, pemerintah pusat dapat segera menemukan akar masalah dan memberikan alternartif solusinya.
“Saya lihat tadi Bu Risma udah sangat care dan solutif ya, beliau tadi menawarkan berbagai solusi, mulai dari internet, perlengkapan olah raga, komputer agar anak-anak SAD bisa menetap di satu tempat. Ada juga bantuan genset dan tenda. Sampai mendatangkan Bank ke lokasi SAD, agar para penerima bansos mudah mencairkan bantuan,” terangnya saat mendampingi Mensos di kawasan pemukiman SAD Sungai Terap.
Untuk itu Edi mengharapkan agar semangat dari pemerintah pusat ini juga disambut dengan semangat yang sama oleh pemprov Jambi. Menurutnya, perbaikan dan pemutakhiran data DTKS harus terus dilakukan oleh OPD terkait. Di saat yang sama proses penyaluran bantuan sosial (bansos) juga harus terus diawasi dan dievaluasi, khususnya terkait ketepatan waktu dan penerima.
“Sekarang tinggal di kita (Pemprov Jambi, Red), bagaimana updating DTKS kita, harus terus mutakhir, harus terus dievaluasi, sampaikan apa adanya ke pusat, jadi kita juga bisa dapat bansos sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat kita,” papar Ketua DPD PDI Perjuangan Provinsi Jambi ini.
Terakhir, Edi meminta pemerintah provinsi untuk terus melakukan pemutakhiran data NIK dan pemilik e-KTP di provinsi Jambi. Karena distribusi berbagai Bansos dari pemerintah pusat merujuk pada data NIK dan e-KTP.
“Jadi jangan ada lagi masyarakat Jambi yang sudah cukup umur, tapi belum punya e-KTP, Dinsosdukcapil juga harus jemput bola, jangan sampai ada omongan, nggak dapat Bansos karena nggak punya e-KTP,” pungkasnya.(*)
