MUARABULIAN - Rabu (21/4/2021) Wakil Bupati Batanghari, H. Bakhtiar, SP menghadiri Rapat Sinkronisasi Penyusunan dan Perencanaan Pembangunan Desa/Kelurahan dan Kabupaten di Desa Rantau Kapas Mudo, Kecamatan Muaratembesi, Kabupaten Batanghari.
Dimana diharapkan segala sektor mulai dari akses jalan, pertanian dan pekebunan/peternakan, agro bisnis dan pariwisata juga pembangunan perekonomian masyarakat dapat tumbuh dan berkembang.
Dengan sinerginya masyarakat dan perangkat-perangkat Desa/Kelurahan dan kabupaten diharapkan dapat mempercepat laju pembangunan di Batanghari.
Wabup Batanghari, H. Bakhtiar, SP mengatakan, dalam visi misi Bupati dan Wakil Bupati terpilih menekankan, bahwa pemerintah Kabupaten Batanghari berkomitmen untuk menciptakan budaya birokrasi yang harmonis, serta sinegritas pembangunan daerah dan desa. Terkait dengan sinkronisasi perencanaan pembangunan desa pada pasal 79 undang-undang nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentang desa, yang ditegaskan, bahwa dokumen RPJM desa dan RKP desa adalah menjadi satu-satunya dokumen perencanaan pembangunan desa dan kabupaten, yang diupayakan harus dilakukan, sehingga konstruksi UU Desa yang menghendaki perencanaan pembangunan desa sebagai salah satu sumber masukan bagi perencanaan pembangunan daerah.
Wabup juga mengingatkan, untuk para OPD terkait agar mengkaji segala kemungkinan tentang penetapan peraturan kepala daerah yang terdaftar dikewenangan desa, yang bersifat dengan asal-usul dan lokal berskala desa, tentunya dengan melalui proses identifikasi program dan kegiatan OPD yang masuk ke desa.
“Dengan penetapan itu saya juga meminta agar OPD terkait secara proaktif mengawal desa untuk menetapkan melalui peraturan desa tentang kewenangan desa,” kata Wabup.
Wabup Bakhtiar juga berharap pemerintah desa dan stakeholder desa, baik itu BPD, Lembaga Desa dan masyarakat untuk bersama-sama melakukan inventarisasi kembali, jenis-jenis hak asal yang masih diberlakukan maupun prakasa masyarakat, karena dari hasil inventarisasi tadi akan diusulkan ke kabupaten untuk dipilah menjadi daftar kewenangan desa ditingkat kabupaten.
“Kita berharap upaya mensinkronkan perencanaan pembangunan desa dan kabupaten demi mewujudkan kabupaten Batanghari tangguh, juga dapat tercapai dengan mendapat Ridho Allah SWT,” ujarnya.
