MUARABULIAN - Ratusan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Batanghari mengusulkan kenaikan pangkat pada periode 2021.
Setidaknya ada 130 PNS yang mengusulkan kenaikan pangkat, terdiri dari golongan II dan III sebanyak 88 orang dan golongan IV ada 42 orang.
Hal itu disampaikan oleh Kepala Bidang Mutasi dan Promosi, Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah (BKPSDMD) Kabupaten Batanghari, Dwi Hadi Sucipto, kemarin.
Ia mengatakan, 27 orang PNS golongan IV sudah keluar SK kenaikan pangkat, sisanya 15 lagi masih berproses perbaikan berkas karena ada kekurangan berkas untuk dikirimkan ke BKD Provinsi.
Sementara, untuk golongan II dan III sedang berproses di BKN regional Palembang pihaknya masih menunggu pertimbangan teknis (Pertek).
“Setelah pertimbangan teknisnya keluar baru kita bisa cetak SK kenaikan pangkat,” sebutnya.
“Berapa lama waktu hasil pertek itu relatif, tapi Insyaallah dalam waktu dekat ini,” kata Dwi Hadi Sucipto.
Lanjutnya, jika pertek itu selesai ditingkat BKN regional Palembang maka setelah data itu diterima tahapan selanjutnya menyerahkan SK kenaikan pangkat itu kepada Bupati.
“Proses pengusulan kenaikan pangkat PNS saat ini melalui online, misalnya kenaikan pangkat guru harus pakai angka kredit, terlebih dahulu ditetapkan dari tim penilai angka kredit, dan itu teknisnya dari OPD masing-masing,” ujarnya.
Kemudian, pengusulan kenaikan pangkat itu berjenjang melalui tim teknis dulu setelah lulus disitu baru diverifikasi oleh pihaknya dan diserahkan ke BKD Provinsi.
“Semua tahapannya ada verifikasi berkas, jadi tidak semerta merta masuk ke BKN,” pungkasnya.
