BATANGHARI - Merasa disudutkan, Kepala Desa Batu Sawar, Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ulu, Kabupaten Batanghari, Abdul Khalik melaporkan balik pihak PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari (APL) ke Polres Batanghari.
Laporan Kades Batu Sawar tersebut atas dugaan pencemaran nama baik.
Dimana sebelumnya pihak PT. APL telah melaporkan Kades Batu Sawar, Abdul Khalik ke Polres Batanghari pada tanggal 7 Maret 2022 atas dugaan pengrusakan Pondok Hujan tempat berteduh karyawan kebun PT. APL yang diduga dilakukan oleh Kades Batu Sawar, Abdul Khalik dan beberapa kawanannya.
Dalam surat laporan Nomor: 141/71/Trantib/2022 perihal laporan pencemaran nama baik tertanggal 21 Maret 2022 yang dilayangkan Kades Batu Sawar ke Polres Batanghari menuliskan, bahwa tuduhan yang dilaporkan PT. APL tersebut tidak mendasar dan tuduhan yang dilakukan tidak benar.
Dalam surat laporan itu, pada tanggal 17 Februari 2022 Kades mengaku dirinya (Kades-red) mendampingi rombongan Badan Amil Zakat Kabupaten Batanghari menyerahkan bantuan kebakaran rumah penduduk desa Batu Sawar, dan mendampingi Timdu Batanghari melakukan pengecekan lahan," tulis Kades dalam laporan tersebut.
Menanggapi laporan Kades Batu Sawar tersebut, MH. Fahmi Lubis selaku Coorporate Affaer (CA) PT. APL kepada media ini mengatakan, akan mengikuti prosesnya.
"Untuk soal saudara Khalik yang katanya melaporkan balik, itu silahkan saja bang. negara kita ini negara hukum, kita ikutin aja prosesnya, kalo memang beliau merasa tidak bersalah tinggal buktikan saja," kata Fahmi Lubis.
Untuk diketahui, diberitakan sebelumnya bahwa merasa tidak senang dan merasa dirugikan atas kerusakan pondok hujan milik perusahaan, PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari (APL) melaporkan Abdul Khalik, yang diketahui merupakan Kepala Desa Batu Sawar ke Polisi.
Hal ini diikatakan oleh MH.Fahmi Lubis, selaku Coorporate Affaer (CA) PT.APL kepada media kamis (17/03) kemarin.
"Ya kami 7 Maret lalu telah melaporkan saudara Khaliq ke polres. Terkait pengrusakan pondok hujan milik perusahaan kami," kata Fahmi kemarin.
Menurut Fahmi, selama ini pondok hujan tersebut digunakan untuk karyawan perusahaan sebagai tempat beristirahat dan berteduh dari cuaca hujan. Akan tetapi beberapa waktu lalu dirusak bahkan materialnya hilang.
"Pengrusakan terjadi pada 17 Februari 2022 dimana saya dapat whatshapp dari mandor bahwa pondok Hujan dirusak oleh Khalid dan beberapa orang kawannya dan saya cek langsung ternyata memang hancur dan material pun hilang," jelas Fahmi
Lebih lanjut kata dia, akibat kejadian tersebut perusahaan dirugikan dengan nilai sekitar 5 juta rupiah. "Karena kami merasa dirugikan apalagi pondok ujan tersebut diatur dalam perkebunan untuk kebutuhan karyawan oleh sebab itu kami melapor Polisi agar ditindaklanjuti dan diproses," ucap Fahmi.
Sementara itu Kapolres Batanghari Akbp Muhammad Hasan, ketika diminta konfirmasi terkait laporan tersebut membenarkan adanya laporan tersebut. " Ya saat ini lagi pemeriksaan saksi-saksi," tegasnya kepada media ini.
