JAMBI – Wakil ketua DPRD Provinsi Jambi, Faisal Riza, ST MM memotivasi kaum milenial untuk semangat menggapai kesuksesan dibidang usaha. Faisal mendorong kaum milenial untuk menjadi seorang enterprenuer.
Kaum milenial, kata Faisal harus membangun mindset untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja, bukan menjadi pekerja. Selama ini, sebut Faisal banyak orang yang berfikir selesai sekolah atau lulus dari perguruan tinggi akan mencari kerja baik itu sebagai pegawai perusahaan atau-pun pegawai pemerintahan.
“Mulai dari sekarang sudah mulai berpikir untuk kedepannya menjadi apa, harus memiliki impian yang sangat besar untuk menjadi seorang enterprenuer,” kata Faisal saat menjadi Narasumber diacara Seminar Nasional Ekonomi Kreatif yang digelar oleh Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, Sabtu (26/03/2022).
Untuk itu, sebut Faisal kaum milnial harus memiliki memanejemen yang baik dengan melakukan komunikasi dan berkolaborasi dengan baik, serta membangun jaringan (networking) sebagai persiapan untuk menjadi enterprenuer yang handal nantinya.
“Miliki keyakinan yang kuat. dan jangan lupa kita harus tetap berdo’a kepada sang pencipta,” sebut Politisi Gerindra itu.
Peran generasi milenial, lanjut Faisal harus optimal dalam pengelolaan ekonomi kreatif. Faisal menilai ekonomi kreatif di Provinsi Jambi masih sangat kurang atau belum digarap dengan maksimal.
“Banyak potensi lotensi yang dimiliki belum dioptimalkan baik itu dari sektor pariwisata, pertanian dan lain-lain,” ujar Faisal.
Seminar tersebut diikuti oleh ratusan peserta yang terdiri dari Mahasiswa dan pelajar.
