Jakarta – 7 April 2022. Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas) memperkirakan tahun ini akan ada 12 proyek hulu migas yang akan onstream. Dari jumlah tersebut, diproyeksikan 5 (lima) proyek hulu migas akan onstream di kuartal 2 tahun 2022 yang terdiri atas 1 proyek minyak dan gas yaitu Bukit Tua Phase 2B Petronas Carigali Ketapang II Ltd. dan 4 (empat) proyek gas meliputi Hiu Phase 2 Medco E&P Natuna, Jumelai Pertamina Hulu Mahakam, Baru Gas Plant Modif. to Tenayan Plant EMP Bentu, serta OPL South Sembakung JOB PMEP Simenggaris.
Investasi untuk lima proyek tersebut mencapai US$ 250,3 juta atau sekitar Rp 3,6 triliun (asumsi US$ 1 setara Rp 14.400,-) dan akan memberikan potensi tambahan produksi minyak sebesar 14.000 barel per hari (BOPD) dan gas sebesar 179 juta kaki kubik per hari (MMSCFD).
Menurut Deputi Operasi SKK Migas Julius Wiratno, penyelesaian proyek hulu migas akan memberikan dampak yang signifikan untuk mencapai target lfiting migas yang telah ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah. Tingginya harga minyak dunia sejak tahun lalu dan diperkirakan akan bertahan cukup lama, dan dalam jangka panjang menurut lembaga riset seperti Rystad telah memperkirakan harga minyak dunia berada dikisaran US$ 80 per barel atau lebih tinggi dibandingkan estimasi awal yang sebesar US$ 60 per barel.
“Momentum harga minyak dunia yang tinggi dimanfaatkan betul oleh SKK Migas dengan mendorong KKKS untuk melakukan investasi yang lebih agresif, serta mendorong KKKS untuk melaksanakan programnya lebih dini diawal tahun. Termasuk didalamnya adalah SKK Migas mengawal penyelesaian proyek hulu migas 2022”, ujar Julius.
Lebih lanjut, Julius menyampaikan bahwa berdasarkan prognosa saat ini, diperkirakan ada 12 proyek hulu migas yang bisa onstream di tahun 2022 sesuai yang telah ditetapkan dalam key performance indicator (KPI).
“Untuk 5 proyek yang akan onstream di kuartal 2 tahun 2022, dari jumlah tersebut di bulan April akan onstream proyek Bukit Tua Phase 2B, sedangkan 3 (tiga) proyek lainnya yaitu Hiu Phase 2, Jumelai dan Baru Gas Plant Modif. To Tenayan Plant akan onstream di bulan Mei dan 1 (satu) proyek OPL South Sembakung di bulan Juni”, ungkap Julius.
Sebelumnya, Kepala SKK Migas Dwi Soetjipto melakukan kunjungan kerja ke Petronas Carigali Ketapang II Limited (PCKL) di Gresik (28/3), untuk melihat lebih dekat progress penyelesaian Proyek Bukit Tua Phase 2B. Dalam kunjungan kerja tersebut, Dwi Soetjipto mendapatkan penjelasan perkembangan proyek Bukit Tua Phase 2B yang sudah mencapai 96% dari target, sehingga dipastikan di bulan April 2022 sudah bisa onstream.
Pada kunjungan kerja tersebut, Dwi Soetjpto menekankan pentingnya agar proyek Bukit Tua Phase 2B bisa onstream di April 2022 agar mampu menaikkan lifting tidak hanya di wilayah kerja (WK) Ketapang tetapi juga pencapaian lifting secara nasional. “Jika di tahun 2021 capaian produksi minyak di WK Ketapang sebesar 7.032 BOPD dan 32,8 MMSCFD, maka di tahun 2022 diharapkan lifting minyak akan meningkat menjadi 12.000 BOPD.”, ujar Dwi.
