MUARABULIAN - Bupati Batanghari, Muhammad Fadhil Arief, SE melakukan Pengukuhan Asosiasi Badan Usaha Milik Desa Bersama (Bumdes-ma) Lembaga Keuangan Desa se-Kabupaten Batanghari periode 2024-2027 di Ruang Kaca Rumah Dinas Bupati Batanghari, Kamis (25/07/2024).
Dalam pengukuhan ini Jufri terpilih menjadi Ketua Asosiasi Bumdes-ma Lembaga Keuangan Desa se-Kabupaten Batanghari periode tahun 2024-2027, menggantikan Amin Hudari yang menjabat ketua pada masa bakti sebelumnya.
Amin Hudari mengucapkan terima kasih atas kerjasama dan masukan pengurus periode sebelumnya, dan juga meminta maaf atas akan khilaf salah dimasa kepemimpinannya, semoga dengan ketua sekarang asosiasi ini lebih berkembang dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Ketua terpilih menyampaikan, perlunya dukungan pembelajaran OPD terkait perihal teknik laporan keuangan yang memiliki standar baik dan benar. Jufri akan mengemban kepemimpinan asosiasi ini lebih baik dari sebelumnya, berikut dikatakannya dalam pengukuhan.
Dalam kesempatan itu Bupati Fadhil Arief berharap asosiasi Bumdes Kabupaten Batanghari lebih optimal dalam teknik kerjanya dari sebelumnya. Masih ada Bumdes Kecamatan yang belum berjalan dengan baik dalam menentukan sasaran sub sektor usaha mana yang harus di dorong. Dengan melihat topografi dan situasi lingkungan suatu daerah, Bumdes dapat melihat dan menentukan sub sektor peluang usaha yang harus di pilih, karena lain daerah tentu tidak akan sama dengan daerah yang lain.
Inovasi usaha yang di dorong juga harus berdasar dengan kebutuhan masyarakat butuhkan, tentu tidak lepas dengan faktor lingkungan dan topografi menjadi acuan. Hal ini akan berpengaruh akan berkembang nya atau tidak Bumdes daerah tersebut," kata Bupati.
Dengan efektifitas ini akan berkesinambungan dan berkembang, antara kebutuhan, animo masyarakat akan suatu kebutuhan dan hasil dari usaha tersebut dengan hasil yang maksimal.
Bupati juga mengatakan, mengenai standard laporan keuangan Bumdes yang belum baku, hal ini lebih mempermudah dalam pengelolaan dan laporan. Di sini boleh saja adanya kebijakan yang sesuai kondisi dan situasi daerah dengan keputusan bersama untuk menjadi tolak ukur.
