KUALA TUNGKAL – Aula Kantor Desa Suak Labu, Kecamatan Kuala Betara, berubah menjadi ruang demokrasi yang hidup pada Rabu (4/2/2026). Dalam agenda Reses Masa Persidangan Tahun Anggaran 2025–2026, Anggota DPRD Tanjab Barat dari Fraksi PAN, Albert Chaniago, S.P., turun langsung menemui konstituennya di Daerah Pemilihan (Dapil) II Betara–Kuala Betara. Bukan sekadar formalitas, pertemuan ini melahirkan daftar panjang kebutuhan mendesak warga, mulai dari infrastruktur dasar hingga fasilitas umum yang selama ini tertunda.
Di hadapan Kepala Desa Ibrahim, perangkat desa, BPD, tokoh masyarakat, hingga ibu-ibu PKK, Albert menegaskan bahwa reses adalah "telinga" legislatif di lapangan. “Reses adalah kesempatan bagi kami untuk mengetahui secara langsung apa yang menjadi kebutuhan masyarakat. Semua usulan yang disampaikan akan kami tampung dan perjuangkan sesuai mekanisme yang berlaku,” ujarnya membuka dialog.
Ketua RT: Ujung Tombak Data Pembangunan
Salah satu poin menarik dalam reses ini adalah penekanan khusus Albert terhadap peran strategis Ketua RT. Ia menilai, Ketua RT adalah pihak yang paling otentik memahami denyut nadi warganya.
“Ketua RT adalah pihak yang paling memahami kebutuhan warganya. Karena itu, masukan dari mereka menjadi referensi penting dalam menentukan prioritas pembangunan yang benar-benar dibutuhkan masyarakat,” tegas Albert. Pernyataan ini disambut hangat para Ketua RT dan Dusun yang hadir, merasa bahwa suara kecil di tingkat lingkungan akhirnya didengar oleh pembuat kebijakan di kabupaten.
Daftar Panjang Harapan: Dari Rabat Beton hingga Alat Amfibi
Sesi dialog berlangsung alot namun penuh keakraban. Warga tidak segan menyampaikan keluhan dan harapan mereka. Beberapa aspirasi utama yang mengemuka antara lain:
1. Pembangunan Pagar Pemakaman: Untuk menjaga kesakralan dan kebersihan area kuburan desa.
2. Peningkatan Jalan Rabat Beton: Mengatasi akses transportasi yang rusak akibat cuaca dan beban kendaraan.
3. Normalisasi Parit dengan Alat Amfibi: Solusi teknis untuk daerah rawa/gambut yang sulit diakses alat berat biasa.
4. Pembangunan Jembatan Penghubung: Memudahkan mobilitas warga antar-dusun yang terpisah oleh saluran air.
Albert memastikan setiap poin dicatat dengan teliti. Ia menekankan bahwa reses bukan acara seremonial tahunan, melainkan jembatan nyata antara jeritan warga dan meja anggaran di DPRD.
Komitmen Nyata: Aspirasi Jadi Prioritas
Menutup kegiatan, Albert memberikan jaminan politik bahwa seluruh usulan akan dibahas lebih lanjut. “Setiap aspirasi yang disampaikan hari ini memiliki nilai penting. Saya akan berupaya mengawal dan memperjuangkannya agar dapat masuk dalam prioritas pembangunan daerah dan memberikan manfaat nyata bagi masyarakat,” pungkasnya.
Suasana reses yang terbuka dan transparan ini diharapkan menjadi awal baru bagi percepatan pembangunan di Desa Suak Labu. Dengan komunikasi yang terjalin kuat, warga kini memiliki harapan besar bahwa program pembangunan ke depan tidak lagi didasarkan pada asumsi, melainkan pada kebutuhan riil yang telah mereka suarakan sendiri. Bagi Albert Chaniago, tugasnya baru saja dimulai: membawa suara Suak Labu ke jantung pemerintahan Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat.
