MUARABULIAN - Jajaran Polsek Muaratembesi menangkap satu orang pelaku tindak pidana Curas An Yaumil Akhir alias Cicap Bin Sayuti Ali (28) warga RT. 01 Dusun Pedak Jaya, desa Rambutan Masam, kecamatan Muaratembesi.
Pelaku merupakan (Dpo) sebagaimana yg dimaksud dalam pasal 365 KUH pidana. Pelaku ditangkap sekitar pukul 11.00 wib pada Sabtu (26/1/2019).
" Dasar LP / B -03/ I / 2019 / Jambi / Res. Bt. Hari / Sek. Tembesi . Tgl 23 Januari 2019. TKP Alfamart RT 03 Kelurahan Kampung Baru, kecamatan Muaratembesi, kabupaten Batanghari," kata Kasubag Humas Polres Batanghari, Iptu Supradono melalui pesan WhatsApp nya, Sabtu (26/1/2019).
Diceritakannya kronologis penangkapan tersangka pada hari Sabtu tanggal 26 Januari 2019 sekira pukul 11.00 Wib, Polsek Muaratembesi yang di pimpin oleh Kapolsek Muaratembesi, Iptu Orivan Irnanda SE MH dan Kanit Reskrim Polsek Muaratembesi, AIPDA Amisyah bersama anggata Res polsek Muaratembesi melakukan penangkapan terhadap tersangka Yaumil Akhir alias Cicap Bin Sayuti di desa Sungai Pulai, kecamatan Muaratembesi.
Tersangka Yaumil ditangkap dari pengembangan keterangan saudara Zaki Abdullah Bin Mubakir S pelaku curas yang telah ditangkap pada hari Rabu tanggal 23 Januari 2019 yang melakukan aksi curas di Alfamart RT 03 Keurahan Kampung Baru, kecamatan Muaratembesi.
Kemudian team penyelidik polsek Muaratembesi melakukan pendalaman informasi tersebut dan melakukan penangkapan tersangka An.Yaumil (DPO), dari interogasi awal. Pelaku mengaku melakukan aksi Curas di Alfamart Muaratembesi bersama 1 orang rekannya an Zaki. Kemudian tim melakukan pengumpulan barang bukti dari beberapa lokasi yang berbeda, namun barang bukti tersebut diakui oleh saudara Cicap dibuang.
" Saat ini pelaku diamankan di Polsek Muaratembesi guna dilakukan proses penyidikan lebih lanjut," katanya.
Tersangka saat ditangkap tidak melakukan perlawanan dan menyerahkan diri ke petugas dan kemudian langsung diamankan kepolsek Muaratembesi," tutupnya.(*)
