MUARABULIAN - Salah satu warga Rt.08 desa Sungai Baung, kecamatan Muarabulian, ditemukan tidak bernyawa, Jum'at (2/8/2019).
Korban yang diketahui bernama Andi (25) tahun tersebut, tenggelam di sungai Batanghari saat mencari ikan.
Kades Sungai Baung, Ansori, kepada media mengatakan, sebelum ditemukan tidak bernyawa di sungai Batanghari, korban diketahui sedang mencari ikan di aliran pinggir sungai Batanghari di wilayah Rt.09 desa Sungai Baung.
" Korban mencari ikan sekitar pukul 16.00 Wib bersama istrinya menggunakan jaring atau pukat. Pada pukul 17.00 wib korban tenggelam di aliran sungai," kata Ansori.
Saat tenggelam, kata Kades, istri korban saat itu berada di pinggir sungai. Sementara korban berada sedikit di tengah aliran sungai. Namun malang korban terperosok kedalam lubang pasir yang sangat dalam.
" Korban tidak bisa berenang. Istri korban sempat mau menolong suaminya, namun jaraknya jauh dari korban," jelas Ansori.
Selama lebih kurang satu jam melakukan pencarian di tempat tenggelamnya korban, akhirnya korban di temukan warga dalam kondisi tidak bernyawa.
Korban langsung dibawa warga ke rumah duka di RT 05, yang merupakan rumah kakek dari istri korban. (*)
