MERANGIN-Pemkab Merangin kembali meraih predikat opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP), dari Badan Pemeriksaan Keuangan (BPK). Ini artinya sudah tiga kali berturut-turut Pemkab Merangin meraih WTP tersebut.
Predikat Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan (LHP) dari Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah (LKPD) tahun anggara 2018 tersebut, diterima Wabup Merangin, H Mashuri dari Kepala Kanwil Ditjen Perbendaharaan Jambi Supendi.
Ditegaskan wabup, pada acara yang berlangsung, Kamis (24/10) di Auditorium Rumah Dinas Bupati itu, keberhasilan Merangin mempertahankan WTP langkah maju dalam perjuangan menuju pemerintahan bersih dan birokrasi melayani.
‘’ Pemkab Merangin bisa mempertahankan WTP untuk kali ketiga karena secara sistem sudah semakin baik. Tapi bagi Merangin ini ikhtiar yang tidak putus untuk terus mewujudkan pemerintahan yang bersih melayani,’’ ujar Wabup.
Meski demikian lanjut wabup, predikat tersebut bukanlah sebagai akhir dari pencapaian. Masih ada sejumlah catatan yang akan terus diperbaiki ke depannya agar semuanya tertib administrasi.
“ Ada beberapa catatan atau rekomendasi. Sistemnya semakin kokoh tapi rekomendasi harus ditindak lanjuti terutama terkait dengan pengerjaan fisik dan data laporannya,” tandas Wabup.
Sementara itu Kepala Kanwil Dirjen Perbendaharaan Jambi, Supendi mengatakan, masih terdapat beberapa temuan yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian serius jajaran Pemkab Merangin.
Berbagai temuan itu, terkait aset tetap jalan, irigasi dan jaringan sebanyak 361 unit sebesar Rp.57,76 miliar pada Dinas PUPR Merangin yang belum ditetapkan statusnya.
Selain itu, terjadi perbedaan nilai aset tetap tanah pada neraca dengan DBMD sebesar Rp.11,66 miliar, 13 bidang tanah belum diketahui luasnya dan dicatat dengan nilai Rp.0,0,
‘Ada juga sebanyak 28 bidang tanah sebesar Rp 1,16 miliar tercatat ganda dan 25 bidang tanah sebesar Rp.1,28 miliar  belum dapat dipastikan pencatatannya dalam KIB,’’jelas Supendi.(don)
