MUARABULIAN – Lantaran menunggak pembayaran rekening listrik, PLN ULP Muarabulian terpaksa melakukan pemutusan rampung terhadap Kwh meter pelanggan PLN yang menunggak tersebut.
Data yang diperoeh media menyebutkan, hingga saat ini ada puluhan pelanggan yang telah diputus sambungan listriknya karena tidak membayar tagihan rekening listrik nya.
Manajer PLN ULP Muarabulian, Agustina Pertiwi, kepada media ini pada Jum'at (20/3/2020) bilang, berdasarkan data yang ada setidaknya PLN telah melakukan pemutusan rampung terhadap 25 unit Kwh meter pelanggan yang menunggak pembayaran listrik.
Jumlah tersebut terhitung sejak bulan Januari sampai dengan minggu kedua bulan Maret 2020.
“Kita berupaya sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku. Yang diputus ada sekitar 25 unit Kwh pelanggan," kata Pertiwi, ketika dikonfirmasi media ini kemarin.
Menurut Pertiwi, jumlah pelanggan yang diputus rampung jauh mengalami penurunan jika dibandingkan pada tahun sebelumnya.
Hal ini berkemungkinan para pelanggan yang ada sudah mulai sadar akan kewajiban untuk taat dan tepat waktu dalam pembayaran rekening listrik mereka," ujar perempuan yang bias di sapa Tiwi.
Dia juga berujar, bahwa saat ini pihak PLN Muarabulian tidak lagi melakukan pemutusan rampung Kwh meter pelanggan yang menunggak diatas tiga bulan, namun bagi pelanggan yang menunggak rekening listrik nya selama dua bulan, maka akan dilakukan pemutusan rampung.
"Sekarang pelanggan yang nunggak dua bulan sudah kita bongkar Kwh meter nya," kata Tiwi.
Diakunya, bahwa saat ini pelanggan yang menunggak tagihan listrik nya masih didominasi pelanggan rumah tangga.
Untuk mengatasi tunggakan pelanggan PLN itu, pihak PLN terus melakukan himbauan kepada pelanggan untuk dapat membayar rekening listrik nya tepat waktu atau sebelum tanggal 20 setiap bulannya,".
