BATANGHARI - Di Kabupaten Batanghari, kasus perceraian di kalangan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) terjadi peningkatan selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Bahkan sampai saat ini Inpektorat daerah setempat telah menerima sedikitnya sekitar 25 permohonan izin cerai yang di ajukan, Kamis (27/8/2020).
Ini dibenarkan Inspektur Daerah Batanghari, Mukhlis. Dia mengatakan, selama masa pandemi Covid-19 yang turut melanda wilayah Kabupaten Batanghari, kasus perceraian dikalangan ASN dilingkup pemerintah terus bertambah atau cenderung terjadi peningkatan, bahkan hingga saat ini tepatnya memasuki akhir Agustus 2020, tercatat sebanyak 25 permohonan izin cerai yang masuk kesini.
"Dari puluhan kasus izin cerai tersebut, 20 berkas permohonan telah di setujui oleh Pemerintah daerah. Sementara sisanya, sebanyak 3 permohonan masih dalam proses, dan 2 permohonan lainnya telah ditolak lantaran tergugat menolak untuk diceraikan sehingga tidak memenuhi persyaratan," terangnya.
Lanjut Mukhlis, mayoritas kasus izin cerai ini di ajukan oleh kalangan ASN perempuan. Kondisi ini disinyalir lantaran sang istri merasa pendapatan suami sudah mulai berkurang.
"Dengan adanya kasus ini, saya meminta kepada para ASN dilingkup Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Batanghari, untuk melakukan mediasi terlebih dahulu sebelum mengambil keputusan tersebut, hal ini agar kasus perceraian dikalangan ASN tidak lagi terjadi," tutupnya.
