MUARABULIAN - Perjuangan Pemerintah Kabupaten Batanghari untuk pembangunan di daerah dan kesejahteraan masyarakat tidak pernah berhenti. Di setiap kesempatan dalam tugas pemerintahan di Jakarta selalu digunakan untuk mengunjungi Kementerian-Kememterian untuk menyampaikan usulan pembangunan untuk Bumi Serentak Bak Regam.
Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan kunjungan kerja ke Kementerian Perdagangan Republik Indonesia (Kemendag RI) belum lama ini. Saat itu pemerintah Batanghari telah mengajukan proposal ke Kementerian Perdagangan pusat untuk pembangunan pasar sesuai dengan program Bupati Batanghari. Dimana pemerintah mengajukan pembangunan sebanyak 9 unit pasar pada tahun 2022 nanti, yang terdiri dari 3 pasar Pemda, 1 pasar Kelurahan dan 5 pasar Desa.
Hal ini dibenarkan oleh Kepala Dinas Koperindag Batanghari, Syafe’i melalui Kabid Perdagangan, Feriyanto, saat ditemui media ini diruang kerjanya pada Rabu (14/4/2021).
“Belum lama ini kita telah mengajukan proposal ke Kementian Perdagangan pusat untuk pembangunan pasar sesuai dengan program Bupati baru. Sesuai dengan program Bupati, kami mengajukan 3 pasar Pemda, 1 pasar yang dikelola Kelurahan dan 5 pasar yang dikelola Desa. Jadi ada 9 Desa kemarin,” kata Feriyanto.
Menurut Feriyanto, jika diestimasikan total dana untuk pembangunan 9 pasar rakyat tersebut kurang lebih sebesar Rp51,3 milyar.
“Untuk 9 lokasi pasar itu estimasi dananya sekitar Rp 51,3 milyar,” ujar Feriyanto.
Hal ini merupakan bentuk komitmen Bupati dalam memacu perkembangan pembangunan di daerah, khususnya pada sektor perindustrian dan perdagangan. Untuk itu pemerintah menyampaikan usulan pembangunan pasar rakyat tahun anggaran 2022 dengan mendatangi langsung Kementerian Perdagangan RI.
Sementara itu ditanya terkait revitalisasi pasar rakyat pada tahun 2021 ini, Feriyanto mengaku tidak ada.
“Untuk revitalisasi pasar tahun ini los, tidak ada sama sekali,” jawab Feriyanto menutup.
