SENGETI -- Pemerintah Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, dalam hal ini Bupati Muaro Jambi, Masnah Busyro melakukan penyambutan dalam kegiatan silaturahmi dengan gubernur Jambi Al Haris dan juga Wakil Gubernur Abdul Sani Jambi.
Kegiatan ini dilakukan diaula rumah dinas Bupati Muaro Jambi dikawasan Bukit Baling, Rabu (11/5).
Kedatangan gubernur dan wakil gubernur disambut langsung oleh Bupati Muaro Jambi Hj Masnah Busro dan Wakilnya H Bambang Bayu Suseno (BBS).
"Selain dihadiri oleh pejabat eselon II dan III dilingkup pemerintah Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, kegiatan ini juga dihadiri oleh Forkompinda dan juga beberapa orang pejabat dari Provinsi Jambi.
Bupati Muaro Jambi Hj Masnah Busro dalam sambutannya menyebut jika dirinya merasa bersyukur atas kedatangan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Jambi dalam kegiatan silaturahmi bersama pemerintah Kabupaten Muaro Jambi.
"Terimakasih pak Gubernur, buya (panggilan Masnah ke Wakil Gubernur,) sudah datang," sampai Masnah.
Dalam kesempatan itu, dirinya juga meminta maaf kepada warga, sebab tak berapa hari lagi dirinya sudah tidak menjadi bupati Muaro Jambi lagi,"sebutnya
Ungkap Masnah, sesama umat harus saling memaafkan dan menjaga tali silaturahmi. Karena silaturahmi sangat penting sekali, bahkan sampai akhir hayat silaturahmi penting dijaga,"bebernya.
"Insya Allah, walaupun nanti kami tidak menjabat lagi, kami akan support pemerintah untuk membangun Muaro Jambi," imbuhnya.
Dalam kegiatan itu, gubernur Jambi kompak berdiri didepan hadirin untuk memberikan sambutan. Menurut Haris, dirinya memang sengaja untuk datang kedaerahan-daerah untuk menjalin silaturahmi, sebab dirinya merasa masih banyak kekurangan dalam memimpin, makanya sebagai orang nomor satu di Provinsi Jambi, dirinya turun langsung kebawah untuk meminta maaf.
Tuturnya, sebagai pemimpin dirinya ber kewajiban turun dan meminta maaf kepada masyarakat karena sampai saat ini masih banyak kekurangan dalam memimpin.
"Banyak kebijakan yang belum kami lakukan di Jambi ini dan juga banyak warga yang belum puas dengan kinerja gubernur Jambi oleh karena itu kami mohon maaf atas hal tersebut," kata Haris.
Oleh karena itu, dirinya berharap agar tidak ada prasangka terhadap pemerintah, sebab dia telah berupaya untuk memberikan yang terbaik untuk masyarakat.
"Intinya pemerintah ingin yang terbaik untuk masyarakat," imbuhnya.
