MUAROJAMBI-Dinas Koperasi, Perindustrian, dan Perdagangan kabupaten Muarojambi, mendapat Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) fisik dari pemerintah pusat. Bantuan DAK fisik yang diterima Diskoperindag Muaro Jambi pada tahun ini sebesar Rp3,8 Miliar.
" Totalnya DAK Fisik yang kita terima tahun ini Rp3,8 Miliar, dan sudah kontrak semua," kata Kepala Dinas Koperasi, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Muaro Jambi, Nur Subiyantoro, Kamis (1/8).
Nur Subiyantoro mengatakan, DAK fisik sebesar Rp3,8 Milliar itu digunakan untuk membiayai kebutuhan metrologi legal dan program revitalisasi dua buah pasar rakyat. Adapun anggaran kegiatan pengadaan peralatan metrologi legal secara keseluruhan sebesar Rp1,2 Milliar dan untuk masing-masing pasar rakyat mendapat alokasi revitalisasi sebesar Rp1,3 Milliar.
" Peralatan metrologi legal ini berupa pengadaan satu unit mobil hilux dan satu unit sepeda motor MX. Biayanya Rp600 juta. Sedangkan yang Rp600 juta lagi untuk pengadaan peralatan metrologi tera. Alatnya cukup banyak," ujar Nur.
Nur Subiyantoro menyebut, pengadaan peralatan metrologi legal ini dilakukan seiring dengan adanya rencana pengadaan UPTD Metro Legal di Muaro Jambi. Kantor UPTD ini nantinya akan dibangun tepat disamping kantor Diskoperindag Muaro Jambi.
" Selama ini kita numpang ke Kota Jambi, sementara UU No 23 mengamanatkan Metrologi Legal dikelola Kabupaten," kata Nur
Metrologi Legal ini, kata Nur, penting demi menjamin kenyamanan masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi jual beli yang melibatkan alat ukur, takar timbang dan perlengkapannya.
" Intinya kita ingin memberikan perlindungan kepada konsumen. Selain itu, ini juga demi pemasukan PAD kita," ujarnya.
Nur menyebut bahwa bantuan peralatan Metrologi Legal dari pemerintah pusat sudah lebih dari cukup. Pemkab Muaro Jambi akan melengkapi melalui APBD Muaro Jambi.
" Kita mendapat suport dari dewan, kekurangannya akan dilengkapi melalui APBD Muaro Jambi. Kita akan bekerja semaksimal mungkin agar UPTD Metrologi Legal segera terwujud," ujarnya.
Sementara terkait DAK fisik untuk revitalisasi pasar rakyat sebesar Rp2,6 Milliar diarahkan ke Pasar Simpang Pramuka, Kecamatan Sungai Gelam dan Pasar Jambi Kecil, Kecamatan Maro Sebo. Kedua pasar rakyat ini akan direvitalisasi menjadi pasar semi modern.
" Bangunannya akan diwujudkan dalam bentuk semi modern. Atap bulat serta bagian dalamnya plong," kata Nur Subiyantoro.(std)
