MUARABULIAN – Pelayanan perizinan di Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) kabupaten Batanghari saat ini masih tetap buka seperti biasa. Namun, berdasarkan pantauan media ini dilapangan, pelayanan perizinan di DPMPTSP tersebut tampak sepi.
Hal ini tidak lain dampak dari mewabahnya virus Covid-19 di Indonesia khususnya dan di Dunia umumnya.
Kepala DPMPTSP kabupaten Batanghari, Rijaludin, SE melalui Kabid Perizinan, Novery, SE mengatakan, untuk mempasilitasi pelaku usaha yang menginginkan pelayanan perizinan dan pelayanan penanaman modal, pihak DPMPTSP tetap melayani alias tetap berjalan seperti biasa. Meskipun dalam kodisi mewabahnya virus Corona di Indonesia saat ini.
“Untuk pelayanan perizinan di DPMPTSP Batanghari tetap berjalan seperti biasa, namun tetap antisipasi terhadap penyebaran virus Covid-19,” kata Novery pada Kamis (26/3/2020).
Menurutnya, untuk pelayanan perizinan di DPMPTSP mempunyai standar operasional prosedur (SOP) dan tergantung izinnya. Dimana jika terkait dengan izin Lingkungan, prosesnya bisa memakan waktu kurang lebih 12, itupun jika dokumen yang bersangkutan lengkap. Sama halnya dengan izin UKLUPL, prosesnya bisa mencapai 15 hari, namun jika da perbaikan maka akan ditambah waktu satu minggu.
“Kalau untuk izin lingkungan sampai 12 hari jika dokumen yang bersangkutan lengkap, sementara UKUPL bisa mencapai 15 hari, itupun jika dokumen merekan lengkap dan jika ada perbaikan, maka akan ditambah waktu satu minggu,” terang Novery.
Pantauan media ini dilokasi saat itu, tampak pelayanan perizinan lengang. Bahkan tak ada satupun pelaku usaha yang datang untuk melakukan pengurusan izin. Berbeda dengan sebelum beredarnya informasi mewabahnya virus Corona di Indonesia dan bahkan sudah ada yang dinyatakan positif terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19.
“Sepi bang,” ujar salah satu petugas perizinan di DPMPTSP Batanghari saat media ini mengambil gambar.
