MUAROJAMBI - Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Muarojambi menggandeng Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kabupaten Muarojambi untuk melakukan penagihan bagi pelanggan yang belum membayarkan tunggakan hingga 5 bulan.
Dikatakan Direktur Utama PDAM Tirta Muarojambi, Budi Mulya, di tahun 2021 ini kembali jalin kerjasama dengan Kejaksaan Negeri Muarojambi, dalam melakukan penagihan untuk pelanggan PDAM yang memiliki tunggakan diatas 5 bulan
Hal itu karna saat ini PDAM Tirta Muarojambi memiliki tunggakan kurang lebih sebesar 6 Milyar dengan pelanggan yang terdiri 9 Unit Pelayanan PDAM Tirta Muarojambi," kata Budi Mulya, Selasa (9/2/21).
Menurut Budi Mulya, dengan tunggakan sebesar kurang lebih 6 Milyar tersebut tidak seimbang dengan biaya operasional PDAM, dan dikhawatirkan berdampak pada pengelolaan air kedepan.
"Untuk tertibnya administrasi pelanggan, dan mengurangi jumlah tunggakan, maka PDAM Tirta Muarojambi bersama Kejaksaan Negeri akan negosiasi kepada pelanggan yang memiliki tunggakan diatas 5 bulan, agar dapat dilakukan tagihan sesuai dengan jumlah tagihannya," terang Budi Mulya.
Ditambahkan Budi, bagi pelanggan yang ingin melakukan pembayaran tunggakan airnya dapat dilakukan di Kantor PDAM Tirta Muarojambi, Kantor Cabang, atau pada loket-loket pembayaran resmi yang terdekat.
