KUALATUNGKAL - Dalam beberapa minggu terakhir, Gas melon ukuran tiga kilogram mulai langka dan mahal di kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat.
Akibat kelangkaannya, membuat masyarakat dibuat susah apabila ingin membeli gas bersubsidi tersebut. Walaupun ada masyarakat harus bersusah payah untuk mendapatkannya.
Harga jual pertabung pun tidak sesuai dengan Harga Eceran Tertinggi(HET). yang mencapai Rp 30 ribu hingga 40 ribu.
Sementara dipangkalan menjual gas kepada pelangsir antara Rp 20 hingga 23 ribu. Diduga gas melon ini disalah gunakan dengan para pelangsi kewilayah luar Kuala Tungkal dengan harga lebih tinggi.
Risma warga Kuala Tungkal mengatakan, kelangkaan gas bersubsidi tiga kilogram di Tanjabbar ini bukan lah hal baru terjadi. Karena kata dia masyarakat pun harus antrian terlebih dahulu untuk mendapat kannya.
"Kalau tidak antrian dipangkalan akan susah untuk mendapatkannya, kadang kalah stok gas belum habis Pangkalan sudah tutup," ujar ibu dua anak ini.
Mahalnya gas elpiji ini, juga diakui warga lainnya Yuli. Kata dia, selain langka gas elpiji juga tinggi dari harga HET.
"Kadang kita mau beli di pangkalan baru sebentar sudah habis, mau tidak mau terpaksa kita beli ditingkat pengecer yang harganya tinggi dari HET. Harganya Rp 30 ribu hingga Rp 40 ribu," sebutnya.
Untuk menghindari penyimpangan dan penyaluran gas yang ada di pangkalan juga mendapat perhatian khusus dari aparat penegak hukum di Tanjung Jabung Barat.
Pihak Kodim 0419/tanjab melalui Babinsa turut berpartisipasi melakukan pengawasan di pangkalan,dengan stok gas dan jatah yang sudah cukup dan berlebih untuk wilayah kecamatan tungkal ilir.
Babinsa di wilayah Kelurahan Tungkal IV Kota,Sersan Mayor Badrul mengatakan, peredaran dan penjualan gas di pangkalan pengawasan yang di lakukan aparat penegak hukum memastikan agar gas 3 kilo dapat terjual dengan merata kepada warga miskin.
"Kita bertugas untuk mengawasi pembagian atau penjualan gas. Agar semua warga yang ada di kelurahan Tungkal IV Kota dapat merata kebagian gas elpiji 3 kilo gramnya, terutama rakyat kecil yang membutuhkan," ungkapnya.
Kata dia, karena akhir akhir ini cecok, ribut gara gara gas di karenakan ulah pengecer yang mengambil gas secara berulang ulang, sehingga menjadi kekurangan gas elpiji 3 kilogram di pangkalan.
"Sebenarnya untuk wilayah kelurahan Tungkal IV ini untuk pasokan gas di pangkalan malah berlebih, tapi di karenakan ulah pedagang akhirnya stok gas di pangkalan menjadi habis dan warga setempat pun tidak kebagian gas," sebutnya.
Sementara itu, kadis Disperindag Tanjabbar, Syafriwan terkait kelangkaan ini mengatakan, kalau hitung matematikanya gas elpiji itu tidak akan langkah.
Kata dia, alokasi untuk Tanjung Jabung Barat itu berjumlah dua juta seratus lebih tabung untuk satu tahun. Jika bagikan dengan jumlah penduduk miskin plus usaha mikro itu mencukupi dan bisa berlebih.
"Kita ini mempunyai 4 agen resmi, 169 Pangkalan yang tersebar diseluruh Kecamatan di Kabupaten Tanjabbar," ujar Syafriwan.
Ia menjelaskan, kalau ikut item hal ini tidak langkah. Akan tetapi saat melihat dan dipraktekkan lapangan masih ada yang susah untuk mendapatkan elpiji tiga kilogram ini.
"Kalau kita lihat di lapangan di pelanggan itu terjadi mungkin menurut kami ada warga kita yang tidak berhak mengambil elpiji, tapi mereka tetap mengambil. Sehingga otomatis jumlahnya tidak mencukupi. Nah dari itulah salah satu membuat terjadi kelangkaannya,
"Kemudian yang kedua pangkalan kita juga masih ada mungkin yang melayani, entah itu yang namanya pengecer, sehingga itu yang seharusnya tadi untuk warga setempat. Hingga kemungkinan beredar ketempat lain, itu juga menjadi penyebab kelangkaan," timpalnya.
Ia menambahkan, sebenarnya Disperindag telah menyampaikan kepada agen maupun pangkalan, bahwa berkewajibannya harus terlebih dahulu melayani warga setempat terlebih dahulu.
"Misalnya hari ini masuk elpiji dua ratus delapan puluh tabung, layani dulu warga setempat, kan tidak semuanya ngambil pada satu hari. Mereka (Pangkalan)kita berikan kesempatan untuk menstok, artinya kemungkinan warganya yang ngambil besok, terangnya.
Selain itu, kata Syafriwan, pihaknya juga meminta ke pangkalan untuk menerapkan kartu konsumen. Artinya siapa yang ngambil silahkan menampilkan kartu konsumen nya atau kartu keluarga (KK), hal ini bertujuan supaya bisa mengontrol apa benar benar gas elpiji tersebut tepat sasaran.
"Kita berharap kedepannya, kepada masyarakat kita, tolonglah kalau itu memang kita bukan masyarakat miskin yang bukan berhak memakai gas elpiji 3 kilogram. Jangan lah diambil, namun beralih lah ketabung yang 5 kilo atau yang 12 kilo gram," bebernya.
