Pihak PLN Muara Bulian saat mencabut meteran di Dinas Pendidikan dan kebudayan Batanghari (3/8/21)
MUARABULIAN - PT PLN Rayon Muara Bulian mencabut paksa Kwh Meteran yang mengaliri listrik ke satu ruangan kantor Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Disdikbud) Kabupaten Batanghari, Provinsi Jambi. Penyebabnya, meteran di kantor tersebut tidak terdaftar sebagai pelanggan resmi dan tidak ada pembayaran tagihan.
Pada saat pencabutan, Selasa (03/08/2020)
Kwh Meter berdaya 7700 itu tidak terdaftar di PLN alias bodong. Selain itu ada selama kurun waktu 10 tahun tidak melakukan pembayaran. Hal itu disebabkan tidak memiliki rekening PLN untuk pembayaran tagihan. Dengan dasar tersebut juga pihak PLN mencabut paksa karena merupakan pelanggaran dan merugikan PLN.
Supervisor TE PLN Muara Bulian Romi membenarkan pihaknya telah mencabut meteran berdaya 7700 disidikbud Batanghari. Hal itu dilakukan karena sudah melakukan pelanggaran. Dirinya juga menyebutkan bahwa PLN yang sudah berjalan dalam kurun waktu lama tersebut tidak terdaftar sebagai Pelanggan. “ Karena melalukan pelanggaran sehingga kita cabut meteranya,” singkat Romi.
Terpisah, Bendahara Disdikbud Batanghari M Afdhal soal tidak dibayarnya PLN yang dicabut menyampaikan, dirinya selama di Disdikbud Batanghari pernah menanyakan ke pihak PLN soal pembayaran, pada saat itu pernah disampaikan sudah dibayar. Atas dasar itu dirinya menyagka jika sudah dibayar tidak ada masalah.
“ Saya berfikir sudah dibayar melalui rekening pemda, kalau nunggakpun kita dua bulan akan diputus,jadi tidak kami bayar setelah saya menanyakan itu,” katanya.
Lanjut ia mengatakan, Kantor Disdikbud memang tidak pernah memiliki rekening PLN untuk meteran yang ada di raungan Dikdas itu. Sehingga memang tidak ada pembayaran tagihan listrik pada meteran yang dicabut itu.
“ Pihak PLN menyebutkan itu bodong dan temuan,kita lepas terlebih dahulu, nanti akan kita buat berita acara untuk disampaikan ke yang lebih berwenang. Kami juga mempertanyakan kenapa dianggap menjadi masalah pada hari ini, padahal setiap bulan pencatat meteran menyebutkan lancar,” tandasnya.
Pasca dicabutnya meteran yang mengaliri listrik ke ruang pelayanan Dikdas tersebut, belasan pegawai tidak dapat melakukan pekerjan. Sejumlah pegawai yang ada diruangan tersebut terlihat keluar ruangan.
Untuk diketahui, nilai tagihan pemakaian dengan daya 7700 Va diperkirakan Rp. 2 Juta perbulan. Sehingga jika dikalkukasikan selama sepuluh tahun jika tidak ada pembayaran, ada sebesar 240 Juta kerugian yang dialami oleh pihak PLN.
