MUARABULIAN – Dana tunjangan profesi Guru (TPG) sertifikasi triwulan pertama tahun 2021 akan segera dicairkan. Meski sebelumnya sempat molor dalam persiapan pemberkasan bahan dari Guru ke Dinas Pendidikan kabupaten Batanghari, dana yang berasal dari APBN itu tinggal menunggu surat perintah pencairan dana (SP2D) dari badan keuangan Batanghari.
Hal tersebut dipaparkan oleh Kabid Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK) Yaakin,S.Pd kepada media ini, Senin (26/04/2021). Pengajuan pembayaran dari dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan pada Jum’at 23 April 2021 minggu lalu sudah diajukan untuk dilakukan pembayaran dana sertifikasi Guru triwulan pertama itu.
“ Kami sudah melayangkan surat perintah membayar ke BKD agar dapat dibayarkan sertifikasi triwulan pertama ini, Jadi sekarang menunggu SPD2D dari BKD Batanghari saja, mudah-mudahan hari ini atau besok sudah ditransfer ke rekening Guru penerima,” ujar Yaakin.
Ia menjelaskan, Perihal sempat molornya pembayaran ini dikarenakan ada terjadi ‘ error system ‘ pusat yang mengakibatkan proses sinkroniasi data penerima Guru tidak dapat dilakukan. Dengan terjadinya hal demikian, Disdikbud Batanghari harus menunggu normal dan syukurnya pemberkasan dapat diselesaikan, meskipun masih ada sejumlah Guru yang belum lengkap bahannya untuk diterbitkan SK Dirjen dari pusat.
“ Kita terus mengupayakan secepat mungkin hak Guru ini, tentunya meski ada keterlambatan Guru agar tetap bersabar, kami tak serta merta membiarkan keterlambatan itu terjadi,” cetus Yaakin.
Lebih lanjut dikatakannya, Jumlah dana penerima TPG triwulan pertama tahun 2021 ada sebanyak 1.253 Guru TK,SD dan SMP. Jumlah ini berkurang dari triwulan terakhir tahun 2020 lalu yang berjumlah 1.300 Guru. Hal tersebut dikarenaka, Ada Guru pensiun setiap bulannya.
“ Triwulan pertama ini, Guru penerima pada untuk bulan januari saja jumlahnya 1.253 kemudian pada bulan Februari angka penerimanya berkurang karena ada yang pensiun 9 orang,” sebutnya.
Selain itu, pada tahap pertama ini juga yang baru dibayar jumlahnya, tidak semunya karena masih ada Data Guru yang belum valid, kemudian sertifikasi pengawas belum dapat dibayarkan sebanyak 21 orang.
“ Belum dapat dibyar itu dikarenakan, belum valid kelengkapan data untuk bahan pengajuan SK Dirjen melalui dapodik,” tukasnya.
Yaakin selaku kabid mengingatkan, kepada seluruh Guru penerima tunjangan sertifikasi agar dapat meningkatkan profesional dan pelayanan pendidkan terhadap anak dengan maksimal. Guna meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di bumi serentak bak regam ini.
