MUARABULIAN - Kerusakan alat berat pada dinas PUPR kabupaten Batanghari tak kunjung Diperbaiki. Ada sebanyak tiga unit alat plat merah di PUPR yang masih menunggu dana perbaikan.Kepala Bidang Peralatan Pengujian dan Jasa Konstruksi, Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Batanghari, Rikho Putra mengatakan tiga unit alat berat yang mengalami kerusakan. Sedangkan untuk melakukan Perbaikan alat berat masih menunggu pencairan dana perawatan. "Total jumlah alat berat Pemkab Batanghari 11 unit, Tiga unit dalam kondisi rusak sedang maupun rusak ringan, sedangkan delapan dalam kondisi baik. Kerusakan alat disebabkan usia teknis dan memang sudah masuk masa perawatan," ujar Rikho, Rabu (16/06/2021) kemarin. Lanjut Rikho menyebutkan, Biaya anggaran perawatan alat berat dengan kondisi rusak sedang berdasarkan estimasi hasil rapat staf berkisar Rp500 juta. Tiga alat berat rusak yakni Motor Grader tahun produksi 2005, Bachoe Loader tahun produksi 2011 dan Bulldozer tahun produksi 2016. "Rusak sedang jenis motor grader, sedangkan rusak ringan jenis bachoe loader dan bulldozer," sebut Rikho. Alat berat milik Pemkab Batanghari, kata Riko, boleh digunakan perorangan dan badan hukum dengan memberikan surat permohonan ditujukan kepada Kepala Dinas PUPR yang memuat dan dilengkapi dengan identitas alamat pemohon, jenis alat, tujuan, lokasi pemakai alat dan izin masuk lokasi dari pemohon untuk pemakaian alat berat, lama pemakaian serta membayar retribusi dengan peraturan berlaku. "Tarif retribusi motor grader Rp717 ribu per hari, vibrator roller Rp485 ribu per hari, bachoe loader Rp548 ribu per hari, wheel excavator Rp1.245 ribu per hari, bulldozer Rp2.171 ribu per hari, tronton/torado Rp299.178 per hari dan crawler excavator Rp687 ribu per hari," katanya. Biaya sewa alat berat sesuai kebutuhan pemohon atau penyewa tertuang dalam Peraturan daerah (Perda) Nomor 4 Tahun 2019 Tentang Retribusi Jasa Usaha. Misalnya cetak sawah, pembuatan kolam, pembukaan lahan dan pembukaan jalan kebun pribadi. Penyewa nanti akan menandatangani kontrak dengan Dinas PUPR sebelum alat berat ke luar dari areal parkir menuju lokasi kerja. "Ada dua alat berat bantuan Provinsi Jambi bukan diperuntukkan sewa perorangan atau badan hukum. Kedua alat ini menunggu petunjuk teknis dari Provinsi sebelum diserahkan ke Kecamatan. Sampai kini dua alat ini masih parkir disini," pungkasnya.
